I paid them to install new laminate flooring throughout the condo
And they werent installed correctly. The floors are coming up
And the way they were cut around the floor trim isnt correct either
Company confirmed my appointment for steam cleaning approximately two days ago. The job was to be performed today with a time window of 8am-11am. I took time off of work to wait for the company that was contracted through ***. 30 minutes prior to the end of the time window I received a cancellation notification email from *** that the company was not coming. I contacted *** who in turn attempted to contact the company, who did not answer the phone. I contacted the company myself and began to speak with a person on the other line who identified himself as an employee of the company, who promptly hung up on me then blocked my number. The company appears to have a habit of doing this from looking at previous *** reviews.
