This business is a scam - starts with [redacted] the woman who answers phone - she was rude, nasty, condescending, unprofessional, and has no peoples skills- they set up appts for homes for me - gave me 11a.m to p.m to wait for - Today they had cancellations and they sent a plumber hrs before my due timeI got a call from [redacted] screaming telling me I owed them trip time for missing my appt - they had cancellations and they sent plumber way before my time - she called and said that "it was my fault for not answering the phone" for her to let me know technician was going way before my time - because I wasnt there, they are charging me a trip fee- I called and told her there was a death in the family the day before and therefore we couldnt cal lat a.m to cancel - but when she called me the morning of I cancelled one of the appts way before my appt time range -thats when she disclosed the plumber had gone earlier - they want to penalize me for not being at premises hrs before my appt time ? this is crazy! not to mentioned the way she handled the conversation before she hung up on me twice !! I still asked about the 2nd appt as it was not a.m yet but she said the tech was out of the area and it was my fault for not answering the call

Plumber came out because my toilet was not flushing
After the service they blamed it on tree roots, of which I do not have trees, and it was the city's problem
Called city they put a camera through main line and sewer line found no roots
I went back to Rosie and informed them of finding and they held strong to plumbers findings
Another company came out and found something was clogging the small hole in toilet Also the other plumber, Rosie's, did not tighten screw to tank which was causing my toilet to leak water
***'s plumbing fixed my toilet!!!!
I could go on, but the ROOT of this is never will I use Rosie

Stay far far away from this companyI needed a diverter put in, and they made me tear the whole wall out to put a diverter inThey are rude and obnoxiousI have never seen anything like itI called different plumbers and showed them the whole they made me put to put a simple diverter inThe plumbers I called would have done it for a lot cheaper without making me put a whole in the wallScam artist and scumbagsSTAY FAR AWAY FROM ROSIES PLUMBING!!!!!!!!!

Had one of their plumbers out recently - he was rude and did not fix the problem
His explanation of what caused the issue was completely and in order for them to send someone back out to finish the job, they were going to charge us for another service call
