No we do have a sign contract from 7/[redacted]15 we wouldn't start any job with out one and job and our company has 4 dump trucks and the job only required 1 dump truck at time of prep but when you come to a situation where there's 2 layers then that's lackage and equipment wasn't the key we had all tools and skid steer and roller customer told us pipe was deep and come to find out wasn't that took time customer told one of the reps that they should give them the payment for the job and not us we are a bussiness you pay us and further more job prep work was done blacktop was all removed and item 4 stone deliverd

Please see below:On June * 2015 our company spoke to her regarding her issues she had told us about wanting her house painted that had sealer on it we had told her we would take care of it we would have someone reputable and let her talk with them and see what she thought when we had first did her driveway she paid us called us over a month later said an employee had gotten sealer on her house we responded imediately we knew by the time we was aware of this the weather was getting cold she had said my husband painted it himself we had tried to match it and said if it does not correct the problem let us know when she called us this year I said we would correct it and fired the person as far as sealer it hadn't been sealed for quite some time we do not give warranties on sealer because the chemical rocksalt is known to destroy concrete as well as blacktop also a snow plow we had a bad winter and if driveways broke up from the bad season so can sealer from nature

There is no contract signed and they agreed on starting on Tuesday early morning but didn't showed until Wednesday afternoon. Having two layers was a surprise to everyone but those trips were done because they only had a small truck. The conversation about the extra charge took place after he realized his workers were taking a long time due to the lack of equipment. My husband never agreed on the extra charge, that is the reason why we are in this situation and didn't come to an agreement.
