Above information is all correct I believe Lawn Sprinklers of ohio, Incinstalled system for Mr*** in 2014, and operations were shut down December The company ceased operations and the customer base was taken over by another company 3/ There are no access to record of any drawing for Mr***, and I advised Mr*** to draw front shape of his house run the zones, and mark on paper where sprinkler heads are This is all the company would have done during the install, other than laminate the sheetThank you

Mr*** can say all he wants that the business is still filed with the state of ohio, and indeed it is, but that does not mean the business is operating The Business of Lawn Sprinklers of Ohio, Incceased operations in Decemeber 2014, and turned the customers over to another company The fact that Lawn Sprinklers of Ohio, Incis still listed with state means that there are documents waiting by the state to close filing of the business The status of the state filing and the actual day today operations are two different separate things and the homeowner needs to understand this There are hundreds if not thousands of business listed with state registry that no longer are in business This is not difficult to understand As far as the comment about "Revdex.com wont care" was simply to say that if a complaint is filed with a business that no longer exists, then the complaint cannot hurt something that doesn't exist If the homeowner wants to email soemone the plot plan, I will ask someone who used to work at the company to create a drawing by memory
September 3rd, 11:43pm via email request - response received September 4th, 9:Contents of the email are in regards to aeration of the lawn and my request contained in the email for the plans were not addressedSimply told to “flag the spray heads so they are not hit by machine.” September 19, plans were requested again and no response. Monday May 11, email documentation that May 11, work was set to start on the front yard as *** Homes was going to regrade the slope but the system was not workingI spoke on the phone that evening with Doug C*** as he came out to look in to what the issue wasHe discovered there was a short in the wiring and rewired the shorted white with a grey wireWe spoke in person then and never would give me a responseHe responded due to the email I sent in which I had not received plans and again we had a situation that required knowing the layout as more ground would be disturbedHe sent a follow up email on May 14, at 7:pm wanting to know how f things were resolved and the system was still workingSo despite communication in person in May of with the email which documents he was in fact still working as Lawn Sprinklers I still need more documentation? This should be more than enough to show the company was operating with him running it and my email requests in and verbal in were ignoredThe issue keeps coming up in the event work is needed in the yardIf this is not information I can only gather it’s a matter of how much work I am willing to do to provide proof the contract was not honored
