But I would like to clarify some things though I accepted his answer. As mentioned before he started ignoring me and never contacted me until I contacted you. He ignored my emails and phone calls. This problem wouldn't have gotten this far if he let me know something. However after I sent him the very last email that I will file a complaint against him, that is when he emailed me agreeing to work with me. He did come out to the house where I dug around my surveyors stake and we did some measuring which determined that the fence was on the property line but he don't need to be eliminating information to make me look like the villain either. I kept all of the emails between us where I can prove he totally ignored me until I contacted you. He don't seem to get it. *** ***
