Review: On Monday 5/4/15 I went to Nissan of Stafford with my 74 year old mom so she can help me with co-signing so I could qualify for the 0% interest that nissan was offering for the vehicle we got that day. I made it clear to the salesman [redacted] that I was only trading in my old vehicle which they gave me $800 for and that I had no money to put down. When they sent us to talk to [redacted] the finance guy he came up with payments that were to high and I told him I could not accept those payments, he left and went to talk to someone outside of the finance room and when he returned he said he had good news we got you 0% and your payment will be $235.59, so we signed all the documents we needed to and left the dealership shortly after very happy. On Friday 5/8/2015 I get a call from [redacted] and he tells me that he needs me to come by and pay the $500 down payment that I did not pay the other day, I was shocked because they never disclosed any of that to me the day we did the contract. I told [redacted] that I needed to look over the contract when I get home. I talked to the GM [redacted] on 5/8/15 and he said he will look into this matter and get back to me, I told him I can return the car and get mine back because I don't have the $500. When David called me on 5/9/15 he said I signed the contract that I need to come in and pay the $500 or he will turn it over to his attorney and said have a nice day and hung up. Any help with this situation would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: I should not be responsible for the $500 down payment because it was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase.

Review: I paid to have my oil changed. About 8 hours after the repair the drain plug came loose from my car. I had to spend an night in forty degree weather in my car as I couldn't drive it and didn't want it towed. I had two tows to my car off private property and to a [redacted] to have it diagnosed by a [redacted] person. I was inconvenienced well over 12 hours and have two tows. The dealership told me they would take care of it if a [redacted] said the problem was their fought and [redacted] told the Richmond dealer they would take care of me. I have called and emailed [redacted] several time the last response from him was 11-8-13 at 8am where he said he would look into it when I said I hadn't received a check. As of today I have not heard back from him via email or phoneDesired Settlement: I asked for 192 for my two tows. The Richmond dealership didn't charge me anything thus a refund of what I paid the dealership of 25.95 and contact information for their insurance company as it is possible that I could have problems down the line.

I spoke with [redacted] and [redacted] from the company and they stated that [redacted] had been in the hospital and that is why there was no communication between him and the consumer but he did put in the request check of $[redacted]. The business will be reimbursing the consumer the $[redacted].

Review: On 6/28 I had an appointment with the nissan of stafford dealership to check out my car because my check engine light was on (code P0443). Nissan diagnosed the problem and determined that my throttle switch had a short in it and that was causing my light to come on. I ordered the part for $97 and had it put in on 7/05, paying an additional $106 for labor and after that I was assured that my check engine light was fixed and would not come on again. Approximately the first weekend in august the check engine light came back on (code P0443) and I called the consumer affairs contact number. My case number is [redacted] and I was assigned to a tech specialist with extension [redacted]. I was told that he or she would give me a call back the day after before 5pm because the nissan consumer affairs hotline is monday through friday 8am-5pm. I received a phone call from the tech specialist at 5:24pm and when I tried to call him back it went straight to voicemail because they were already closed. I called him back the following day at 11am and it went to voicemail again so I left a message for him to call me back with my contact and case numbers included. I still have not received a phone call from nissan consumer affairs concerning my issue.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the code P0443 resolved in my car which I have already paid for and previously wanted to be done.
