This customer was advised upon dropping off her vehicle, that I was super busy, and backed upI admit the I had the vehicle for three weeksShe was informed that the repair was at least a two day job, and I had one dead vehicle stuck on one of my two liftsI told her that when I had both lifts
free I would get her vehicle inI didn't get to it soon enough to satisfy herI apologized many times but she was understandably upset, and removed the vehicle from my shopI've enclosed a copy of the previous work done to the carI do not see a refund for any of thatIt seems as though she wants to fine me for her broken car affecting her vacation timeAs you can see she did leave with everything she paid for on the previous repairI did not charge her when she removed the vehicle from the shopPlease let me know if I can help any furtherThank you for your help in this matterRoss
