Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Ross Cellular regarding complaint ID***.Sincerely,*** ***

Review: I purchased three HTC phones(new) from Ross Cell, through [redacted], in June **, 2013. Not even a month one cell phone broke so I return it because it was under the policy of 30days. At this time amazon refunded me for this phone. But another phone (the second phone from the three I purchased on June [redacted]) stopped working on approximately August [redacted].I contacted Ross and was told to send it to them so that their technician could check it. Ross contacted me and inform me that the technician could not repair the phone and to contact HTC. Meanwhile the third phone stopped working in approximately Sept [redacted]. The screen of both phones are black, no images can be seen. Because it was pass the thirty day return policy Ross was not able to take the phones back. I contacted HTC and I was told by HTC the phones where consider "end of life" phones and that they have no parts for the phones and that Ross Cellular should of disclose this to the buyer. But when I purchased the phones Ross Cellular did not disclosed this and instead they sold them to me as NEW. But New phones have a manufactures warranty and since these phone are "end of life" they do not have a warranty from the manufacture.Desired Settlement: I'm requesting a refund for the two phones of $99.20 per phone ($198.40)

Sincerely,

Review: this company advertised a [redacted] 139 phone on [redacted], as new, and as including a headset and charger. The phone arrived with no headset, and an non-working charger. Further, [redacted] confirmed that the phone as not new, was in fact activated 10 months ago, and would not be under any warranty if unlocked by anyone other than the carrier -- and the phone they sent me WAS unlocked, even though it was not advertised as unlocked. The company sent me a replacement charger, eventually, but had to go buy a headset from another company on[redacted], so they apparently never had one to send me. They then tried to bribe me with $15 to change my [redacted] review to 4 stars, or to remove my feedback altogether. When I told them I would only edit my review to note that they were refunding me 15 of the 60 dollars i'd paid, they instructed me that the way to add to my review was to remove it entirely then replace it. They lied. Once, I removed it, there is no way to add another review.Desired Settlement: Replace the used phone with an actual new phone, [redacted] t139, which is what they advertised.
