The coat matter was settledThe problem I have with Joe cannot be solved via the Revdex.comIts his personality, his denial, his feeling he can touch others...., not one to apologize.Like I said I will never go to Ross Cleaners and I will not recommend them to anyone I know - I will definitely tell them about my experience as to why I will not go or recommend Ross to them.Thank you Mr [redacted] for your diligence and your help was truly valued. There is nothing more you can do.Have a great weekend.Sincerely, [redacted]

From: chat girl <[email protected]>Date: Wed, May 17, 2017 at 11:26 AMSubject: Response regarding: Ross CleanersTo: [email protected] is my response to Joe's response regarding my complaint:Joe is trying to play you. Yes they rook in m y coat almost to protocol except the Shelley forgot to list on the receipt there was a hood attached to my coat as shown on receipt #2.My complaint was not vague as Joe suggest as you can see on receipt #2. It clearly confirms I mentioned my buttons -  as worker noted: "What can we do for dried out buttons".Also, during our initial conversation Joe clearly mentions/uses the word "pieces" regarding my toggle hooks. In addition, pressing the corners of my toggles was not the problem to be addressed as I mentioned to you. And, he also brought up the issue of me bring my coat in to be repaired when it clearly says on each receipt DRY CLEANING. Deflecting. Not to fail to mention he had my coat there with him when he said this with note attached. My issues were addressed with I know this guy whose a cobbler,...this leather guy,...call store,...send to DLI but you  have to pay for report. He was and is still interested in resolving to his satisfaction not the customer..as you can see..."I owe her nothing."Note: everyone else offered me different solutions except when it came to the shrinkage - no one knew at the time my coat was shrunk. But, Joe kept holding on to "I'm not going to replace your coat."Lastly, the only reason it seems like another issue came up was because as stated earlier; Joe did not tell me every thing that was wrong with my coat - others had to tell me; that's why be became defensive when I mentioned the shrinkage which was not another issue but an undisclosed issue. The buttons which he didn't mentioned but was noted on the receipt #2 was not a new issue either, but one he failed to acknowledge until I brought it up - again clearly stated on receipt #2.All this makes me wonder - which part of this did he not understand?I feel like he really was deflecting - point one saying, "You brought your coat in for us to repair." when he had the coat in front of him with note attached.Honestly, I would have taken $5 and an acknowledgement regarding the errors. Its an old coat (although its the warmest coat), but just admit you did something wrong. He is making it worse than what it is.We are living in a world where the order of the day is lie, lie, deny, deny. Also, deflect - blame someone else.Just like he had his witness and as I said before I documented our conversations for which he replied, "Good" happily. He needs to stop playing the victim and to man up.In addition, I contacted [redacted] to file a complaint.Thank you for your time, hopefully I can put this behind me because I have better things to do than to do sparing with Joe.[redacted]

I am responding to an email received from the Revdex.com concerning a customer complaint from [redacted].When Mrs. [redacted] came into the store she was met and treated with the protocol we set for every customer. Her complaint about her coat was vague at best. I tried to settle her concern but when...

every issue she brought up was addressed, she had another issue.I don't feel we owe Mrs. [redacted] anything due to negligence on our part, however I am willing in good faith to hearwhat she feels that we owe her and settle this issue. Thank you for your time,Joe  Joe R[redacted]Ross Cleaners[redacted]###-###-#### Store###-###-#### Direct###-###-#### MobileFREE PICK UP AND DELIVERY
