Dear [redacted] , This is in response to [redacted] 's complaint, we have checked our records and found that they were initially issued a store credit in the amount of $2,Our records also showed that the said store credit was used on our website and currently has a balance of $1,which is available for use on [redacted] Once [redacted] used the original store credit on our website, that number is no longer available and was replaced by a credit note with an updated balanceIf [redacted] is no longer in possession of the credit note paper with the updated balance, we ask that she contact us via email at [redacted] requesting for the balance to be reissued Attached you will find a screen shot of the updated credit note with the balance of $1,available for useFor security reasons, we are unable to provide the full credit note # in this response We also apologize if [redacted] has been experiencing issues contacting our companyWe have been experiencing on going phone issues and if [redacted] tried contact us within past weeks, our main office is on a modified schedule as we observe all the Jewish holidays Once again, [redacted] has a balance of $1,on her previous store credit and if she is no longer in possession of the credit note slip that shows that updated balance [redacted] could reach us at [redacted] and customer service representative will be assisting her in reissuing the balance of her credit note Sincerely, Diamonds International Customer Service

To Whom It May Concern, *** *** sent our office on October **, 2017, the New York Customer Service Office was closed on October ** & ** due to observance of Jewish holidaysAn additional email was received from *** *** on October ** informing us that she is requesting for store credit balance to be reissued. A new customer service claim was opened for *** *** and as of today, October **, *** *** was contacted by a customer service representative by the name of Berenice and will be assisting her in obtaining the replacement store credit. Dear Chelsea Steinberg, *** *** initially contacted our company via email on July 19, One of our Customer Service operators responded to *** ***' email confirming receipt of their email and sent them the attached claim form requesting detailed information regarding their purchase
as we were not able to pull up any of their information from the email they sentWe have yet to receive the completed claim form from *** ***. A customer service claim will be opened for *** *** and a customer service representative will be contacting *** *** in to business hours to discuss the problem they are having with the item they purchased from one of our stores.
