Complaint[redacted].We engaged [redacted] to pave a parking lot for a building we own in Estevan on April 10th 2015 with an agreed completion date of the second week of May 2015, weather permitting. A detailed site plan of the paving was given to [redacted] at that time. Paving commenced on May 21, 2015 but the site plan was not followed and there was severe deficiencies including areas that were to be paved were missed and areas that were to be left were paved over. On May 26, 2015, the crew returned to the site to cut out areas that should not have been paved and we were under the impression that the job was complete and processed payment for the job. There were areas that were to be paved that had not been paved at this point, the crew returned again on June 26, 2015 to complete the job and again did not consult the site plan that was provided multiple times and did not change. We have been struggling since June 26, 2015 to have the job completed as originally agreed with numerous promises of completion dates that have been missed.[redacted]Desired SettlementWe want the paving completed by September 9, 2015.
