Someone at Ross Mortgage sent out our personal information. On May 9th,2014 we received a letter from Ross Mortgage stating our personnel information had been sent out. The letter stated we should place a freeze with the credit bureaus. I called and spoke to [redacted] of [redacted] I asked that they pay for credit monitoring for a year. She told me should would call me back the following week. Two weeks passed and she did not return my call and I then left her several messages and did not receive a call back until I left a nasty message in the general mailbox. I finally received a call back and was not at home so I called her and left another message and have received no call back. This is not a company I would trust with my personnal information.Desired SettlementAll I would like is the credit monitoring. They sent the information out. Prior to that we had not received any messages, nor had any messages been left in [redacted]'s individual voicemail. [redacted] called Ms [redacted] back immediately upon receiving the message in the general delivery mailbox as stated in the complaint. From this we received no return phone call. [redacted] called back a second time about a week later and left another message but still received no return response. We are happy to comply with Ms [redacted] request and will be sending out a check to cover a year's worth of credit protection to be set up by Ms [redacted]. We have taken these same steps with any others involved in this incident. In no way were we avoiding Ms [redacted], in fact we are happy to follow through with her. I am concerned that she may not have the proper phone number to reach us, so I will make sure the contact information is in our mailing to her.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)[redacted] is a liar. I have her phone # on the papers that she sent me. I left her messages in her personnel voicemail. I left a message in the main voicemail because she would not return my phone calls. She called once and left an angry message on my answering machine Once. I returned her call that same day and she never called back. Maybe she called someone else in error.
