In reference to ID #[redacted], customer came in and the blower motor was not working and the turn signal was not working. Customer was informed that the vehicle needed a turn signal flasher module. Customer was also informed that the blower motor needed a resistor to get it working...

properly in order to diagnose the problem with the heater. The blower resistor in the vehicle was wired around with a switch and was melted and dangerous. Customer gave us the "ok" to do the repairs. We removed and replaced the turn signal flasher module and the turn signal worked properly. We removed and replaced the resistor for the heater and fixed the wiring to make the OEM heater switch work properly. Heater blower worked as it should.After completing both repairs, customer was advised that the heater doors in the heater box behind the dash, were broken and while in there, all doors and heater core needed replaced to make heat come out properly. Advised customer that the repair is normally between $800 - $1200, depending on what the inside of the heater box needed.Customer declined repairs because she didn't have the money. Customer was advised in the beginning that we couldn't diagnose the heater issue without first having the heater blower motor working properly. Four to six weeks later, customer called because she had antifreeze leaking on the passenger floor board. She wanted us to fix it at no charge to her. Heater core and heater doors are enclosed in the heater box, which was never touched in her prior repairs. She declined those repairs in the beginning.

The customer's purchased the jeep 2/06/17 , with full intentions and understanding of buying it.  All proper documents , contracts, and spot delivery paper work were signed at delivery, as well as 1,500 down payment was collected and customers were given a reciet.  Between the delivery and...

the next day or so the bank get back with us on final approval, interest rate, and term, since the bank was not open the night of delivery.  We actually got a much lower payment, better interest rate all with out a co signer.  We contacted the customers and set 2 different appointments to sit down and go over all of the finals as well as schedule a safety inspection and service on the jeep they purchased.  The customers did not show up to either appointment.  The customers showed up on 2/16/17 10 days after buying the jeep and want to return the jeep that they no longer want it and they found a different jeep while driving ours.  We sat down with the customers and addressed any concerns and tried to come up with a reasonable and fair resolution for both parties.  After spending 2 hours the only thing the customers wanted was to drop the jeep off and get the 1,500 down payment back.  We too wish the conversation was recorded becasue after being unreasonable and when things got escaladed they were asked to leave.  They returned and with the primary buyer's father and we again tried to sit down and the same thing happened again.  After posting false accuzations in a discrimitory manor on the internet and telling people to "share' this info, the entire deal is in the hands of our legal counsil for slanderous/harmful false accuzation purposes, and we will do as we are advised to do.  We here at Ross Premier Motors try very hard to meet the customers wants and we try very hard to make them happy and we in no way shape or form conduct business in a manor that lies, cheats, steals, or misrepresents.  We have been serving knox county since 1973 and we are proud of our reputation and we truly  are sorry they feel the way they do.Ross Premier Motors LLC

[redacted] purchased was 100% as/is and the customer was well aware of this and signed 3 different as/is forms.  5 months after purchasing the jeep the customer called and stated that the heater was not working , We told him to get the jeep towed here and we would help in...

any way that we could but we need to diagnose it at our shop in order to see what we can do to help.  We also told the customer that there would be no charge for the diagnosis.  In deed the heater core was out  and this job with labor , parts, and fluids it is over $1,000 job and is very complicated job because the dash has to be removed in order to get access.  We offered to more than split the bill with the customer  The total bill to customer was $478.35 including tax.  We also per the customer's request, set him up on a payment plan to help with the expense of the bill.  While the vehicle was in the shop our service team found that the water pump on the customer's jeep was leaking very heavily.  The water pump can and will cause major damage to the motor when it malfunctions. The customer and Ross Premier Motors disagree on whether the water jump was "ok'd" or not but that is why we did not charge the customer and we ate the bill $186.57 for new water pump.   I would like to mention that the customer was in multiple times before returning weeks later to purchase the jeep because he was unable to find a better deal anywhere else.  Also, the customer took the jeep to his mechanic to look over and inspect it before purchasing it.  I try very hard to do the right things and conduct business with class and although I am sorry the customer is upset and unsatisfied, I have done everything in my power to help him and I do not know what I could have done differently.  Zachary E R[redacted]Ross Premier Motors LLCserving Knox Co and Mt.
