Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Ross Realty response is an utter and complete LIE! I was told the apartment was clean and after looking at it on 5/with the propery manager ***, it was determined I did not want the waived dollar deposit to clean it myself and it had to be thoroughly and professionally cleanedit was infested with roaches, black mold, mildew, leaking floor, bed bugs, and overall filth and disarrayThe property manager [redacted] assured me that he would have it sprayed for roaches and completely cleaned and fixed up the rest of that weekOn top of that he said I must pay and sign the lease then and there because he would have to give it to someone else insteadI reluctantly signed the lease and hoped that the apartment would be taken care of and cleaned, I also was not given a copy of the leaseI never had a place to live despite Mrs ***'s liesI waited until Wednesday the 17th and contacted [redacted] again and he still said he would need more time to clean the apartment and that on saturday the 20th it would be ready to move in and I could bring him the dollar deposit because he agreed it needed to be professionally cleanedI attempted to move in on the 20th and to my surprise nothing had been doneit was still infested with roaches, mold and mildew everywhere, trash and leaking floor, mildew and filth in the fridge and all over the bathroomI immediately went to [redacted] and told him how unacceptable all this was and he once again went into an angry rage and said I could have my money back and to get outi agreed and moved my stuff in to a cab in hopes of finding a shelter somewhereonce again I had no where to live at the timeAll the reason my hasty decision to get the apartment and sign the lease was a mistake [redacted] then told me I would have to call Mrs *** to get my money backThen starts then whole process of her telling me how she thinks it all happened and how she wasnt giving me a refundi begged and pleaded for fair treatment as the apartment was never in livable conditionsMrs *** did make a poor attempt to clean the apartment again and I agreed to look at it and reconsiderAlthough it had been doctored it was still infested, filthy, black mold everywhere and leaking floor, disgusting bathroom, bugs and roaches everywhereI called her and told her that in no way was this apartment acceptable and I had never lived in it and [redacted] and her had deceived mei wanted a full refund of the monthly rentI called and begged and even asked for the difference if she could rent it out to someone else but my requests were unanswered and she obviously could not rent it even though she claims it was so nice and passed inspection with flying colorsall very much statementsI really cant believe that there are such dishonest and evil people in the world but Ross realty has proven that a facti am doing alot better in life now and I will proceed to take ross realty to court as this treatment will not stand and it is just plain immoral and wrong Mrs *** can try to pull her lies in court and lets see how the judge likes itI have pictures and video to document the apartment after the so called week [redacted] needed to clean and then after the doctored version Mrs *** attemptedIts very sad after watching the videos that Mrs [redacted] would continue to make up these lies and tell a complete account of events so Mrs *** can go ahead and try to make statements in courtI hope a judge will see how dishonest and wrong she really is Sincerely, [redacted]

11/28/2017: Mediator sent consumer email requesting update.11/29/2017: I never lived in the apartmentWhen I went to sign the lease we did a walk through and it was agreed I could not clean the utter mess and infestation so it would have to be professionally treated and cleanedi waited day after day and finally on 5/when I was told it was all taken care of I went to move in and nothing had been done, it was still infested with roaches, covered in mold, leaking foundation and just completely disgusting and unlivableall of which I have the video showing these conditionsWe have taken [redacted] to small claims court and on our date to set a bench trial she couldnt agree to a date in sept because she needed to go to floridathen on our date at end of october a few days before she and her lawyer filed for day extensionwe actually showed up for court unlike them and of course the judge was extremely upset with their antics and stallingso he set another date for end of novemeberthen a few days before that date her and her lawyer filed for a judge substitution because they saw in the notes how he was upsetit has just gotten absolutely ridiculous at this point and we have hired a lawyer to try and get this solved and handledyou can view the williamson county court record sheet online for all the drama going on with the caseit just blows my mind how some people refuse to admit they were wrong and overall just do the right thingits very upsetting this woman is allowed to treat people like this and run a business where she can continue treating people unfairlyi will keep you informed of the goings on with the court triali just wish there was more that could be done at his pointthank you for checking on my situationhopefully something positive happens soon

I fid not appriecate staying there for 4hours running my credit then they say they cant help me I fiance a used truck for 30,but I cant get in a new truck they need to work on there customer relation skills very bad experience

I initially came in for AN APPRAISAL ONLYI kneW I didn't have the best creditDidn't have money for a down paymentI wanted a Challenger...And I was upside down on my carI knew that wasn't going to happen and I expressed that to the reps
My keys and I were held hostage just to get me to run my credit and act like ya'll could make it workAfter I spent the whole day up there and told you all that I had to pick my son up and come back, I was told you all were going to get the challenger detailed and gassed up and pulled to the front like it was a done deal and I just needed to sign paperwork
I go get my son, clean out my car and drive back up there just for ya'll to tell me a deal had not been worked out (something that could have been done over the phone) and it would be ready the next dayI provided the info ya'll asked for and no one contacted me back for days after I made several attempts to contact you allI was over it
Ya'll called me back and told me ya'll can work something outI specifically stated if I could not get the Challenger I did not want to do business with ya'll and ya'll assured me I could get the CHALLENGERI come back up there to be told I can NOT get the challenger but to pick from a specific set of cars and we would be good
I was told that the car I picked was in the category I should have been looking in and I still did not have to make a down paymentThen I was told I had to come up with $I paid $on the spot and had ta friend bring the remaining balance the same night and I was told you all couldn't accept the the checkSo I had to come back with the cash and spend even more time in there just to be told you couldn't take that either because it was after WHEN I TOLD YOU THAT I DIDNT GET OFF UNTIL I ASKED IF THE DEAL WAS WORKED OUT BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT ANY SURPRISES and ya'll told me everything was good and I just needed to do more paperwork
ThenI had to TAKE OFF OF WORK to come in and "make the payment" before just to have a car (that I didn't EVEN WANT) taken away from me after a week with itI was told not to pay my car note and I DIDNT PAY MY CAR NOTE AND I can't get the refund as fast as ya'll took it! Other than the fact that this is downright EMBARRASSING and MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY damagingYOUR SALES MANAGER HAD NO REGARD FOR MY FEELINGS OR THE SITUATION THAT YA'LL put me inHe told me he was tired of pulling out his hair and beating himself up trying to make a deal work but there was no way he could and there wasn't anything else he could offer me unless I had a co signer
After I politely expressed my displeasure with the service I had been given, he made a smart comment about letting the bank know that I was unhappy It was very rude and belittlingI told ya'll my story up front and ya'll begged ME to let ya'll mess over me No one took ownership of the problems I had with the dealership and kept trying to blame the bankI am okay with not being approvedI didn't want a new car anyway; ya'll forced me into thatBut to lie to me, take my money, not accept the difference in payment, allow me to drive a car for a week, make me take off of work to make the payment just to trick me to come in so that ya'll could confiscate the carTHAT IS NOT OKAY!
After all of that, as a company, ya'll should have just took the loss on my trade in and made it work just to compensate me for all of the stress ya'll put me through DAY after DAY
But noYa'll thought it was smart to try and contact me as soon as I left to offer me ANOTHER CAR THAT I DONT WANTFOR EVEN MORE MONEY!!!

We recently bought a vehicle from this company They promised verbally that the vehicle was going to have certain options that we was wanting When we recieved the vehicle none was on there We have talked with the salesman and multiple managers without resolvement and them telling us that we was rude They have also after a full week now have not gave us a copy of the contract that we signed
Terrible customer relation and they ignore you in many levels of communication

I was driving my 2014 300 and it started shaking and it was hard to speed up.I almost got hit so I thought I was taking in to Allen Samuel but found out 3 weeks ago it changed to Auto Nation.Around 11am the next day I called and service guy was out to lunch. Called back around 4pm and spoke with him.I stated I was waiting on a call about my vehicle. He said they are backed up and it might be several days.I asked him when was I get a call, he said he call at the end of day.I told him how do that help a customer, I have to be able to go to work. I asked about a loaner, he said they don't offer that service and my car isn't the only car to be fixed.I told him I understand but a call that morning would be nice, not at 7pm.He responded again my car isn't the only car and the tech is working as fast as he could.He was rude and they wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. I called two times for the General Manager and got voice mail. He still haven't called back, I explained the situation to the Secretary and thought a Manager would call.The service guy called today at 11:30 and said it wasn't shaking are stalling out.I told him it doesn't do this everyday. But this was the first time I couldn't pick up speed and almost got hit. He said it was nothing they could do. My car is under warranty, put it on a diagnostic machine I would think.He said again, it was nothing to be done. Horrible service, and I will not use them again
