I called and spoke to the customer [redacted] and have sent her a replacement store credit for $11.42.

Case Description: Exchanged merchandise and made new purchases all in the same transaction and new bill did not credit taxes paid on returned merchandised or deducted it from new price on receipt. There's no place on the...
receipt where it shows taxes being refunded, reduced or reapplied as a deduction either. I've completed manual calculations and nothing adds up to the tax amount already paid which was never refunded.
Spoke to customer and she will [redacted] back with her receipts information, couldn't provide anything right now. When she calls we need to give her a break down on the exchange.

Spoke to store [redacted] which indicated that the store is still taking entries until today 10/19/2016. Left customer [redacted] a message that he could bring his entry into the store today.
