We recently had some major renovations done to our kitchen, dining room and living roomThe kitchen was a total gut job, the wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed, the front hall closet was demolished and rebuilt in another location and the sunken living room was raised so that the kitchen/dining rm/living rm are now all the same level
The people who work for Rosseland did an amazing job (ie: electrician, painter, plumber, carpenter, flooring people, appliance installers)They showed up on time every day and cleaned up before they left and were all extremely friendly and very trustworthyChris Rosseland was there practically every morning making sure the workers knew what was expected of them every dayIf changes need to be made, he was very easy going about it and gave valuable input
Chris originally anticipated that it would take approximately weeks to finish but they were done in 8! He provides a detailed timeline of when everything will get done
We are all ecstatic about the final result and would definitely use Rosseland Construction again for any future renovations
Although we longed and planned for our kitchen remodel for years we waited until very recently to actually “take the plunge”. Our hesitation was largely based in our anxiety over finding the right contractor and being comfortable with the myriad of decisions that we would need to make along the way. Well we needn’t have waited … [redacted] Rosseland and Rosseland Construction was right here in our town all along! While perusing the [redacted] site one evening I found some reviews from clients who had remodeling projects completed by Rosseland Construction and they were all very positive. A little more research found similar reviews on other sites so we made the call to set a time to meet with [redacted] and discuss what we wanted.
From the very start we loved [redacted]! He was thorough, patient and very professional as we discussed our project; which ended up being a rather large one that included knocking out two walls and essentially remodeling one entire floor of our house. He provided us with an additional list of references and within twenty four hours he had a proposal completed for our consideration. We contacted several of those references and they were all very pleased with their experiences so we were off and running within the week.
From the start we were thrilled with the project and actually enjoyed the experience; despite the inconvenience of living in a “construction zone”! [redacted]’s crew was great; we enjoyed meeting and working with all of them! It was obvious from the start that [redacted] has taken a great deal of time and care cultivating great working relationships with some wonderful professionals. They were on time every day, thorough in their work, patient with our questions and concerns, and always anxious to be sure we were pleased with the work. We tried to stay out of their way but the fact that we are both retired meant that we were home each and every day … something they may not have been used to but everyone was patient and willing to take a minute to explain things to us or occasionally simply have a chat.
At every step [redacted] was with us; even accompanying us to meet with the designer and select our cabinets! He checked in each and every day to monitor progress and make sure that we were comfortable with what was happening and inform us as to what to expect at every step of the way. We were provided with a schedule at the start of the project and it was adhered to and adjusted as needed throughout the project. We always felt that the success of our kitchen renovation was every bit as important to him as it was to us. The project was completed not only on time; but about a week ahead of schedule! We were thrilled! It was a great experience; every question was answered, every concern was addressed and the new kitchen was everything we had hoped for and more. I am afraid that [redacted] and his team has spoiled us and it would be nearly impossible to imagine any future projects without them!
