Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Please reopen the above referenced complaint since the anticipated resolution to this matter has NOT been completed Rosselli Roofing did install trim around the roof windows, however, during the installation they damaged the screen to the vented window They indicated they would order a new screen and install it upon delivery It has been a few months now since this matter has been addressed Thank you for your assistance Should you need any additional information please let me know [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

First and foremost as of 04-09-the deposit was mailed out first week in april Due to one of my children being in the hospital in Philadelphia I was unable to mail out in March So we do apologize for the delay all messages were given but I had to put family first Are main concern is that you do have deposit in hand People think I'm a machine sometimes but in the thick of it I have a family just like everyone else and at times you have to put what is needed first I did not have my office explain that since it is not out to the public but when in return I receive a letter from the Revdex.com then I will explain my end I hope all went well with your project and hopefully down the road if are services are needed you would keep us in mind

Hello [redacted]: I was advised by [redacted] to contact you and ask you to follow up with my “complaint.” Her records showed that this matter was at Arbitration in May of this year. I have been politely calling the Rosselli folks asking them to install the roof window screen which they had damaged when installing the trim earlier this year. The project itself is nearly 1 ½ years old. If you would be so kind as to contact the Rosselli company perhaps they will finally install the screen (which I have been told is lying on the owner’s desk). Any effort to get this simple matter finally resolved is most appreciated. [redacted] Regards,

Hello [redacted], It was a pleasure speaking with you on the phone and thank you for the email. [redacted] explained the Screen has been ordered through a Building Supply company and they're expecting it to arrive within the next 2 weeks. [redacted] upon being notified that the Screen is in will contact [redacted] to coordinate a day and time to come out to his home to install the Screen. Review: A contract was signed with Rosselli Roofing to perform roof and gutter work on a new home during the summer of 2013. On July 18th, 2013, the company deposited a down payment for the work in the amount of $1,885. After several attempts to schedule the work, I had another company complete the roofing and gutters in order to receive a Certificate of Occupancy on the property. A letter dated 11/12/13 was sent to Rosselli requesting a refund. No response was provided. Since that time, the following has occurred:
1. March 14, 2014 – I spoke with a female who promised to follow up on this issue and get back to me by 3/17. No response has been received.
2. March 17, 2014 – I left a message on company voicemail requesting a return call.
3. March 18, 2014 – Called Rosselli office; no response @ 9:48 am
4. March 18, 2014 – Spoke with [redacted]s father (AJ). He promised to follow up with [redacted] today and get back to me today or tomorrow at the latest.
5. March 25, 2014 – Spoke with receptionist who promised again to follow up.
6. March 29, 2014 – No response from Rosselli. Called office and spoke with [redacted]’s father AJ who assured me a check went out in the mail that morning.
7. April 4, 2014 – no check received. Left voicemail with Rosselli notifying that last attempt was being made to collect before escalating to Small Claims Court.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund of monies owed, plus interest in certified funds or cash.

Review: We signed a contract for roof repair 6/4/15with a deposit. work to be done in early August. Called in late July to get possible starting date. Scott R. he told us at that time he was busy and if we could fine some else he would return our deposit. it took us until Sept. To find another contractor. We have called many many times and have been promised we would receive our deposit but we have not. We know he never ordered the material needed for our job. He will not answer our cellphone calls directing to him. His office sometimes answers but seldom returns our messages for a call back. We were promised a called back last Thursday but never received on.Desired Settlement: we desire a complete refund of our deposit as Scot promised. No attempt has been made for him to start our job
