In response to said customer compliant as follows: We were contracted in 2009 to construct a room addition. We advised said...

customer that they need to obtain a Plat of Survey so that we may apply for the proper permits. They contracted this to a company they sought out by the name of Cool & Son's (219-942-4863). They paid them in full. We were the ones aggressively calling this customer as to when survey would be completed so that we may get our permits and get started. It took two years for said customer to finally obtain a Plat of Survey they went through a different company by the name of Krull Surveying. In 2011 we were able to finally received the Plat of Survey and pull the proper building permits. We received a call from customer on April 2nd in regards to a roof leak we dispatch a Representative the same week and repaired said problem. We informed the customer that wanted to wait a few weeks before addressing interior spot on one wall. In regards to the electrical we subcontracted this work out and have been contacting this company daily to get them out and address customer electrical concerns. Unfortunately we have no control on how this company conducts their business. They informed us that they would be out there today, April 14 to address said issues.

Let me make this very clear, Cool and Son's was a company that Rossi suggested from the list of surveyor's they gave us. We had to go with the original company that did our initial survey when we built our home. Secondly, we will not be doing anymore business with you after this issue is fixed. I have the original surveys with the fax cover sheets with the original dates but they are too long to scan and have to be mailed to protect their integrity. To have the audacity to imply that we had not been waiting on you to the original estimate, let alone the other assignments we requested are absolutely appalling. I am not pleased with your response nor the way you have handled this situation. Many people called us for references and we did not tell them the negatives only the positive, leading to more jobs for you in our area. After today, we will tell them the whole truth. We called for two weeks with you guaranteeing to send someone out and no one came. This has ruined my day numerous times from holding me up due to waiting on the contractor. If you did not have your own electricians you should've told us. Again no one showed up today and we were here all day. We even checked the phones to see if they were on. This was an investment for us were we saved for over a decade to afford the work. We paid cash and in full. To simply treat me as if I do not matter and that the money I paid was worthless is a poor representation of your business ethics and values.

The date of signed contract speaks for itself in regarding to dated related issues. We do not have a list of surveyor's and never heard of Cool and Son's until we did this project. We did a great job for you and we are standing by our workmanship. As mention in previous response we are willing and able repair stain on wall, roof leak has been repaired. We also will have electrical repaired as mentioned this was outsourced work and we have no control of there response time to any call backs that they may have. We will be diligent in getting the electrical issue resolved.
