I'm not able to accept the response at this point because the case is ongoing. I received the reply from Dannon a couple of hours after filing the complaint with the Revdex.com. Although they state they will return the object to me after their lab's examination, there was no mention of whether they would take responsibility for the product causing the veneer to crack and a piece to fall off if their lab determines the object should not have been in the yogurt. I will send the object to Dannon tomorrow via the [redacted] mailer they provided and request additional time to allow them an opportunity to respond before closing the case. Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Consumers should have the entire story, update is as follows. On January **, 2017 I sent the object to Dannon in Minster, Ohio. I was informed by Dannon's Representative that it was then forwarded to an "independent lab". Dannon's Representative instructed me to visit a dentist and submit paperwork, stating the company stands behinds its products and customer satisfaction is their top priority. Dannon's twitter page also touts it believes in transparency. My dentist found a second veneer that was cracked.  After submitting the treatment plan, Dannon made an offer of $250 towards $10,000 in dental fees! The company states the object was a cherry pit yet refuses to send me the lab report stating it contains proprietary information such as the lab technician's name. On March **, 2017 I received a [redacted] envelope with a label referencing the names Dannon and Cliff Coles. It contained a similar looking object, however, I cannot determine if it is the object that I sent to Dannon's lab. [redacted] is a manufacturer of pitted cherries. Cliff Coles, a former employee of [redacted], owns California Microbiological Consulting. The address of California Microbiological Consulting's lab is the very same address as [redacted] Research Center ([redacted]). Hardly an "independent lab". Despite its claims, Dannon is far from a transparent company, and is certainly not a company that stands behinds its products, or one that has any interest in customer satisfaction, let alone makes it a priority.
