All facts presented are 100% accurate and true as indicated on the previous invoices submitted from subcontractorsAll damages were the result of a faulty water heaterStillman Home Services had originally agreed to pay for the remaining flooring damages caused by the aging and defective water heater (nothing relative to the furnace installed by our company) when the and libel reviews were retracted from both Yelp and GoogleThis was last reiterated on June 16th, when Mrs [redacted] called the officeThere has been no call history or service requests unanswered When calls are received through our call tracking systems (directly from our website) customers are alerted that “calls may be monitored for quality and or training purposes.” Absolutely no calls are ever secretly recorded This is yet again a continued effort to extort Stillman Home Services to pay for more unrelated damages On 8/1/– [redacted] called to state the attic fan was not cooling sufficiently enoughA service call was scheduled for 8/2/ On 8/2/The office called Mr [redacted] prior to his appointment and let him know the only available technician was completed booked on emergency callsThey would be able to look at this non-emergency situation on 8/3/– Mr [redacted] replied “No one is going to help me and hung up.” This is another indication that Mr [redacted] is attempting to lure our technicians into a hostile environment in an attempt to fraudulently accuse our company of wrongdoing and extort more in unrelated damages

The facts are not accurate as Stillman statedHe knows thisThe heater did not work from day since they did not vent it properly at firstThis resulted in water being unable to drain, accumulating in the heater and then when Stillman tried to fix it by routing the heater drain through the water heater, it caused the water heater to overflowThis needed to be replacedThen they promised to make it right but stopped working when I wrote a negative review and refused to remove itThe water heater had nothing to do with their errors and only when they started to re plumb the water heater did the flood occurI have an open complaint with the registrar of contractorsIf I get no satisfaction through them I will proceed with my cc company and courts

On April 27, we completed an installation of a ton furnaceOn May 23, we were made aware of a leak by *** ***A plumber visited on our behalf and confirmed a crack in the year old water heater caused the leakThis crack caused leaking back into the drains and making our furnace
shut off on its internal condensation safetyAttached are the paid invoices to the contractors we used. While the leak was completely unrelated to our furnace install, we empathized with the situation and paid over $2,in plumbing and remediation billsOn 6/7/our office received a call from Wendy ***She had called for an estimate on more work because of how happy she was with us paying bills that we weren't responsible forShe also called again on 6/12/and asked us if we would pay for some additional flooring and other repairs in exchange for amending and / or removing their reviews and statements posted to both Yelp and GoogleOur company did not participate in this blackmail attemptWe have done everything we can to demonstrate our honesty and commitment to this clientIt is now apparent this client is attempting to extort more money from our company
