Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I did have the pipe replaced after calling Mr [redacted] for monthsHe did not answer my calls or respond to my messagesI finally blocked my number and he answered, after my calling for monthsI had to get this fixed because it was leaking every time it rainedThis is not the only leak or complaintHe leveled the front of my home and walls have shifted and the doors will not open or closeHe told me when he finally answered that he would repair these issues He had notThis is not good businessHe didn't finish with my home I until October And you can see the date my roof passedThe roof was done in August but it took the inspector four trips out here because the job was not done rightSincerely, [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

Business Owner, [redacted] came into Revdex.com office and explained that he did this job back in August of 2015.  The roof was windstorm inspected by the State and passed.  Revdex.com looked the windstorm certificate up online and printed it out.  The leak that this consumer is referring to...

is likely a result of a vent pipe that was installed by a plumber after the Roof work was done.  Mr. [redacted] has already explained this to Ms. [redacted].
