I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I am informing you that I just mailed the check of $4,962.06 to the Rossoe Energy. They will receive it on Monday. Earlier I called Rossoe and spoke to Diane and verified the final payment amount that I will be writing to Rossoe Energy which is the final amount payment in full. I also called Diane back informed her that the check has been mailed at the post office. I requested her to send me the receipt via mail and she said she would. Thanks, [redacted]
