hair it Would be $20 extra. However, we said that we will give it to her for $85 dollars in total for only full highlights. She agreed to this. When they finished she was extremely happy. Later that day she called saying that her highlights were too back off her forehead. We Said that she could come to the Salon So we could discuss what she didn't like about our treatment to her hair. Then she arrived to the salon and then she explained to us what was the problem. We then fixed it and we recommended a shampoo for her hair that would maintain her highlights in tact. Then she was very happy and she began to thank us. She left happily. The second day she called. She said that she wanted her money back and that if we didn't then she was going to give bad reviews through all the internet; and she did. She also added that she was going to sue us. We then asked why didn't she say anything in the Salon the day before. She then began to insult the person on the phone and so we hung up to avoid anymore destruction.
