These customers want something out of nothingI have sent them a copy of the receipt, and the contract....it all matches $Down payment As for the truckIts gotten them to Maine from South Carolina more than onceI have seen them in [redacted] recently in LewistonALL LIESIf you wanted a new truck, without used parts then let me take you to Center street my friendsI try my hardest to cooperate with anyone and everyone involvedBut list the facts and be educated about themMuch easier to get to the bottom ofI have no room or time for silly dramaI won't be issuing any type of refundBut yes I will make sure I return the flowers, card, dog treats and chocolates these customers gave us because they were so happy and no one gave them a chance!!!!

that you put down and the total cash down to us was $This is just another classic case of not wanting to be responsible for fixing anything that happens after the saleThis vehicle has been back-and-forth from North Carolina to mean more than once it clearly is a safe and reliable vehicleIt is a used vehicle it might need fixes, wear and tear, but as a dealership I'm not responsible for the maintenance of your purchase the whole length of your loan

I just receved threatning phone call and text messages from the owner of this business saying that she is geting a detective and attorney envolved and she was very rude why on the phone with me and now is sending me text messages over and over.I gave a sales rep name [redacted] $3000 for the down payment on the truck and am getting the paper work from the social security office to prove this.also according to my contract the truck had power seats alloy wheels and a [redacted] stereo system witch it does not have also I have been to your shop many of times cause of the rumbleing under the hood and cause of the air bag light coming on and staying on and nothing was done.also when we were looking to buy the truck we were told that it had a tow package by [redacted] and it don't the tow lights don't work and never had if we knew this and [redacted] was up front about it and not just trying to make a sale we would have never bought the truck.also I asked if the truck was ever in a accedient and she said no how ever there is proof under the hood that parts of the truck came from a junk yard.futher the truck has not been from north carolina to maine numirous times it came from maine to north carolina and has  not been back to maine since.I have no problem fixing my own truck but when the car dealer that I buy it from refuses to inform me of all the problems before I buy it it should be there obilagation to fix it

But list the facts and be educated about them. Much easier to get to the bottom of. I have no room or time for silly drama. I won't be issuing any type of refund. But yes I will make sure I return the flowers, card, dog treats and chocolates these customers gave us because they were so happy and no one gave them a chance!!!!
