This commitment stated on your website seems to not apply for customers visiting your bread store.

I have been treated rudely several times while visiting your store to purchase bread. On one occasion 3 months ago I had my newborn with me and asked a worker who standing near me if I could get help. The bread would not slide out of the crate due to the crate on top. She gave me a mean look then walked behind the counter and put her hands on her hips and replied; I'm pregnant I can't help you then rolled her eyes. There were 3 workers who were not busy next to her and they all just stared at me.

I struggled one handed bending over trying to get the bread and after about a minute a worker finally agreed to assist me. I left that day scratching my head trying to figure out why the workers were so unhelpful as I had not been treated that way before.
On another visit the exact same workers were there and the lack of kindness was overwhelmingly obvious. Customers were inquiring about specific types of bread they couldn't find only to be told; " what is there is what we got". No smiles no offer to find something similar, nothing.

I was reluctant to return again to your store after what I had witnessed during my last couple visits.
However, I have a heart and I know people sometimes have stressful days at work and wanted to give it one more try. Well about 3 weeks ago I had my husband bring me there for bread and unfortunately that was the last time. I stood behind a very fragile elderly man who was counting his coins at the counter, the woman helping him was again the pregnant woman. She was rolling her eyes and was visibly annoyed having to wait for him. I worked up until I had my baby assisting the disabled so I know how hard it is to work while pregnant. Not an excuse to treat people badly! I'm disgusted and ashamed that you allow this to happen in your store.
