Good morning.As for the first part of the complaint pertaining to the fraud department contacting Ms [redacted] husband and giving him information about her account, we don’t have anything to do with that and I don’t have any idea who the individual was that did this I agree that this should never have happened My CSR, [redacted] , spoke with Ms [redacted] on several occasions but never spoke to her husband My CSR was working closely with our debit card fraud department to try to take care of Ms [redacted] needs The dispute was filed on 1/18/ The fraud department requested a police report for the larger transactions However, Ms [redacted] told Josh that she had outstanding tickets and the police department wouldn’t give her a police report until her tickets were paid She stated that she didn’t have the money to pay her tickets and Josh informed her at that time that there was a time frame for these type of disputes to be honored The police report was never provided and the dispute was denied on 1/29/I was not aware that Mc [redacted] had obtained the requested police report We just confirmed with the fraud department that if Ms [redacted] will present the requested police report they will reopen the case We are contacting Ms [redacted] to inform her of such I hope this is helpful Please let me know if I can help in any way.Thank you[redacted] AVP/Lobby ManagerProsperity BankMedical Center Banking Center [redacted] ** [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:was a long time ago, and I have no recollection of the disclosure they say they sent meI don't feel that I was properly notified of this fee that they started charging me It does no good to send you the disclosure after they start charging the fee Regards, [redacted] ***

Review: I ordered $796 worth of merchandise for shipment to me in [redacted]. in order to save on shipping and import duty, I specified that it be placed in two parcels of equal weight. parcels less than $200 in value of merchandise and shipping are never stopped by customs here and those under $500 are rarely taxed and if so, at the rate at 20% for clothes. rothco agreed to put the order in two boxes (i have the many emails it took to persuade them to do so) and I gave them my credit card info. the shipping charges were $178 bringing the total to $975, which when divided into two would not be taxed at more than 20%. when the shipment arrived, it was all in one big box and was of course stopped and torn apart by customs. they taxed it at 110% ( I have the invoice presented to me by customs for over $1,100). rothco also failed to put my name on the parcel (only putting the name of my u.s. company), on the shipping documents or on the customs declaration so I had great difficulty in proving that it was my shipment since the company does not exist in [redacted] (rothco demanded a company name even

though I told them I didnt have one that was current). rotcho also falsified the customs declaration, putting a high number of only three items making it very much look like a commercial shipment even though 90% of the order was individual items of personal clothing for me (i have the customs declaration and invoice as proof). I believe they did all of these things to "teach me a lesson" as I was very unrelenting in insisting that the shipment be put into two boxes. rothco's deliberate actions changed the possible maximum of $200 customs charges to over $1,100 and I believe that they should reimburse me for that difference. as far as the falsifying the postal customs declaration, I guess I will have to refer that to the [redacted] as it is a criminal offense....I will also be bringing rothco's business practices in general to the attention of the [redacted] and the [redacted] as, in my opinion, there may be some irregularities as to how they keep records regarding their dealers .Desired Settlement: rotcho owes me the difference between the $200 maximum I maybe would have had to pay and the $1,100 I was billed. I want them to pay me that.

Review: Rothco does not stand behind their products whatsoever. One of their products was completely unusable. They referred me to their retailer who refused to return any phone calls. They refuse to deal directly with the consumer.Desired Settlement: I would like the product replaced with a working product.

Review: My twin sister wanted camaflague jeans for x-mas. I searched in stores all over long island and could not find them. I then searched on-line. I found a them by Rothco it was a vintage jean style #4286 priced at $42.49. No where on the website do they state they are discontinued. I found out after ordering them from a company who said they would call me when the receive the merchandise and never called that they had been discontinue for over two years. I was told by Rothco to find a supplier who has inventory. I searched and searched and found someone who bought all of Rothco's inventory. Why do they still advertise them. It is not fair and I don't want what happened to me to happen to someone else. I hope to get the jeans as I started my x-mas shopping early and did not want to stress over shopping.Desired Settlement: Take the merchandise off the internet - don't show what you don't have. It is not fair business practice - it lying - it is deceitful.

Review: I purchased a Rothco Vintage Canvas M-51 Engineers Field Bag on 8/**/13. It took a little while to receive it, and I used it for 3 weeks. At that point, I noticed the stitching on the bag was fraying, but the big thing was the handle portion was starting to rip. For such a bag at such a price, it should have lasted longer than 3 weeks for my daily commute (Monday-Friday). I purchased it straight from Rothco so that I knew I was getting a real bag and not a counterfeit bag. Due to shipping time, using time, and the time it took to return said bag, it was over the 30-days from my purchase date, and they returned the bag refusing to reimburse me or make things right. The produce is/was shoddy, poorly made, and I feel that the company should be standing behind their product. They refuse to help me any further. I want a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a refund to my American Express card for this poorly-made product. Although they returned it to me, I'm more than happy to ship it back to them for a second time.

I have no idea. I sent them pictures of the bad stitching at their request, and then I heard nothing. I think they believe they'll simply ignore the complaint. By the way, I found another complaint online regarding the making of the Rothco bag and how poorly the stitching is. I printed it out and have it filed.
