My heart aches as I write thisI bought a used $11,car online from them in December because I read their fake 'good' reviews and after having the crook that sold me the car swear that the car is in great condition, I trusted themThe car arrived and I could barely drive itThe next day I took it to a car dealership and they told me the transmission and torque converter is dead and it will cost $7,to fix! The car is not even worth that much anymoreI called the dealership and after many 'The manager is in a meeting' response, I finally got in contact with him and he basically told me you bought it as is, we can't help youIt's now February and I have not driven the car for onceI can't even sell it as junk because they haven't registered it on my nameNow I'm stock with a $11,car and a $bill to fix itThis has caused me unimaginable stressHorrible Karma will surely catch up with all of you at Karen Radley and you'll get what you deserveI've spent over $in rentals and uberI've been horrible for the past monthsYou people will pay for this
This complaint is against salesman Zurian B*** and finance manager Chris H***On 7/16/18, I emailed MrB*** about purchasing a new *** ** *** **, and was very specific about what I wanted; specifically, a White or Blue exterior, with Shetland beige interior and second row captain’s chairsOn the same day, MrB*** responded in three separate emails confirming they had both a blue and a white SE with the specs I neededTo quote from one of his emails to me: “Both our blue & white SE w/ technology 4Motion vehicles are Shetland beige and have captain’s chairs.” He further noted: “additional clarification both of these vehicles have captain’s chairs.” I told him I have a newborn baby at home and am very limited in time, but could be at the dealership in the next couple of days; in addition, I told him I was driving about hours from my home in *** (which is miles one-way)In a subsequent phone conversation I had with his manager, MrH*** (the night b
Karen Radley sold vehicle stated never been wrecked, shown Carfax show no reported issues with body damagecar been seen by allstate insadjuster and ayt tommy's auto body both stated they could see evidence that vehicle had been wreckedwas vehicle sold with mis-repenstentaion? thus diminishing the value? footnote vehicle was purchased on april and involed in rear end collision with other vehicle being at fault, this accident does not affect prior damage done before mention purchased
Took my car here to get an oil changeThe cheexperience was terrible and the oil change took TWO HOURS!! I definitely have no intentions of returning to this location
