I actually stopped and spoke with Master Sifu W*** in person since I filed this complaint He showed me these same contracts but they were not originals I do not recall seeing the no refund policy being on the contracts that I sign Even though it is possible I overlooked them, I will not be satisfied unless the non rendered service fees are returned to me I do not want to do business with a business that withholds refunds on services that were not rendered Even if they are not willing to budge on this issue I would like this situation to be recorded on their account here so that other consumers are aware of what they are getting in to

My son attended the academy for about a year During that time opted to pay a per class fee rather than a monthly fee because the cost was too high for someone with our schedule who could only come once a week The agreed on fee was $per session but they asked we pay sessions in advance We operated under this structure for the entire time In the summer my son started football which yielded a very demanding schedule We opted to take a break from lessons I asked how many paid in advance lessons we had and was told My son has since decided to not resume Karate and I called today to inform them that we are pursuing other activities and asked for a reimbursement of the $overpayment Master Sifu White insisted that there were to overpayments I asked him to produce a contract that I signed that stated that but he does not have such a contract I am extremely frustrated that an established business as theirs is unwilling to reimburse these unrendered services Espec
