I am rejecting this response because:
Regards:I stand by with what I previously wrote to you the Revdex.com, on this regard.Mr *** was requested, forced, to sign those documents and naively he signed them trusting that Roto-Rooter would do the job properly in gettting the sewage bataken care so he can use the toilettes and kitchen again - he would not having signed if he knew that weeks later he would have to suffer another sewage-back-up!!We payed a lot of money to have the sewage line cleaned and two weeks later we had to suffer another sewage back-up!! We are really disappointed for having been cheated and we request the refund from Roto-Rooter as soon as possible - as it is supposed to befor service not rendered considering that a sevage cleshould last at least a year if not much longer!!I would like to know, please, how many complains have been issued against Roto-Rotter in New Mexico.I appreciate very much your good work ! Thanks

Based on the fact that *** *** provided two levels of signature, first to authorize us to perform the work and then again at the time of completion when the line was flowing to acknowledge that the completion of the work performed was done to his complete satisfaction, we stand by our decision to not issue a refund at this time

We have been servicing this location since 1996.  On 1/20/15, our service technician responded to a service call from tenant [redacted] that the upstairs toliet at [redacted] was backing up to the downstairs toliet.  Upon arrival the technician jetted out the clean out...

and cleared the line.  After performing the jetting, he put a camera down the line and found root obstruction.  At the time that the technician left, the line was open and flowing.  He recommended digging up the line to remove the root obstruction to avoid further blockage.  [redacted] provided the work authorization and provided his signature on the invoice that the work was done to his complete satisfaction.  No guarantee was provided on the service due to the obstruction in the line. When the line backed up again on 2/7/15, we were never notified.  [redacted] and [redacted] contacted us after they called another plumbing company on 2/7/15.  When I spoke to [redacted] I reminded him that we have been servicing this location since 1996 for the same issue and that as long as there was an obstruction in the line, he would continue to have this problem.  I offered to apply the balance of the invoice paid (70998 - $259-65) toward the root removal if they wanted a more long term solution to their on-going problem.  They declined any additional service and stated that they wanted a refund because the line backed up again.Based on the fact that the line was flowing at the time service was completed on 1/20/15 and the tenant ([redacted]) signed off that the work was done to his complete satisfaction we feel that there is no reason to issue a refund at this time.I have attached a copy of the signed invoice for your review.Best Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
Roto-Rooter ( from now on called R-R ) did not clean properly the obstruction in the sewage line so much so that I had to call Santa Fe Express Pluming to do it when 18 days later the premises suffered another disgusting sewage back-up. I am very disappointed that R-R with various excuses is still refusing to refund the $ 259,65 to my tenant [redacted], who naively signed that the job was satisfactory done when the R-R service man unproperly requested his signature, at the time the job was completed, in order to protect R-R from liability as in a cases like this one - my tenant now  regrets very much to have signed it out of trust  for that company name - for a satisfaction of only a 18 days and the thrill of a second disgusting sewage back-up !!!Thus, I request the refund to my tenant. In order to avoid to lose very good tenants in case of a third sewage back-up I did not want to give R-R another chance, so on February 7, 2015  Santa Fe Express Pluming did the proper roto-rooting that got rid of the obstruction and now the toilettes are working smoothly just as they did before all this.Trusting in this obvious resolution, I hope that my tenants will be soon refunded and hopefully R-R will learn to take care to do a proper job so its customers will not have to suffer more sewage back-ups just few weeks after their negligent clean-up. Thank you very much for assisting me in this dispute that otherwise could escalate to unpleasant levels.Faithfully, [redacted]
