and suggested that this may be a loose pipeComplaint indicated we provide free estimates! This was not something that was estimated, the customer had us provide this service, and of course it comes at a cost, which the customer was only charged the minimum service callWe pride ourselves on our longevity in the community and being in business over years, we are the oldest Roto-Rooter Franchise in the world. We would not be where we are today if customer service wasn't important to us. We hope that Mr*** realizes we performed a service and it comes at a costRoto-Rooter

When the technician showed up to my home I talked to the technician and told him all the things that I had done to try to fix the problem, the technician never touched a single thing in my home or adjusted anything he watch me as I did all the workThe tech then said that I had done everything that he would have recommendedI should not have paid for someone to just show up at my homeWhen I called to express my concern the owner was very rude and disrespectful, he also hung up with meI have also filed a complaint with the Corp office All I am asked by is a return of what I paid.

I would like to thank Roto-Rooter for their customer service and professionalism. We had an issue which they came out and tried to fix, we all thought it was taken care of, but apparently it was not. Although they could not guarantee their service due to the nature of what happened, they came back out today and are currently doing everything they can to resolve our issue at no additional cost to us. Whether or not it can be resolved, we appreciate their efforts and willingness to step up and try to make our situation right.

We provided a service to the consumer and charged her the minimum fee.
