We are sorry for the delay.  Frankly, Roto-Rooter attempted to resolve the complaint however after receiving a notice dated Feb. 17 from AMEX stating the cardholder disputed the amount of the full charge then Roto-Rooter's upper management after further inquiry elected not to challenge the...

customer/cardholder, therefore allowing the full refund via AMEX to take effect.  Regretfully, management did not inform the rest of its team. Thank you for the opportunity to clarify.
