Replacement of shower head in master bedroom/bath located on second floor causing water leak which damaged kitchen ceiling on first floor In July of (per Roto-Rooter provided information) two shower heads were replace by a Roto-Rooter employee A few months later a water leak was noticed on the kitchen ceiling on the first floor below the master bedroom/bath Again, a service call was placed to Roto-Rooter whose employee came and made an initial check to determine the location/cause of the leak The employee determined that the drain or base of the shower was not the cause of the leak rather it was coming from the area where the pipe connection connected at one end to the replaced shower head and then to a water supply pipe located within the bathroom wall

Roto Rooter employees and the General manager are crooks and deceiversThey severely damaged my home and will not make repairs I contacted Roto-Rooter on January 21, to find a leak that I had been having periodically in my homeThe leak was coming from the upstairs ceiling and dripping to the first floor dining room/living room areaWhen the water restoration worker came out, Mr [redacted] , he notified me that the leak would be foundWhen he arrived I had already mopped up the leak but he told me in order to make sure my insurance would take care of any and all repairs he would need to pour more water on the floor so that it would look more damaged and appear to be more of a legit claimI was not in agreement with this but Mr [redacted] assured me that this is how this type of procedure was conducted and he had done this numerous timesHe assured me to trust himOnce the rest of the water restoration crew was dispatched including Mr [redacted] Supervisor, [redacted] *

Refusal to complete warranty work
I had already rated this office with a and at this point would give them a zeroAdvertisements are a complete lieService horridTechnician very inexperienced and rudeThe only reason we called them back is because of their warranty on the work provided months agoPromised a hour window, technician showed up hours later and completely refused to do the workActually told us that he was not comfortable lifting a toilet at 11:at nightIn the meantime we are crawling into our bed, septic water filling my tub and shower less than ft awayTechnician then all but calls me a liar while I conveyed his refusal to do work to the corporate office
Received a call this morning from a gentleman asking us to review our reviewI not only have a different plumber already here working on the problem I also now have to pay for what would have been warranty work to begin with
