Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Because I, the person writing the check for the service, did not know that the cost would be SO high and would have said NO had I known If this company was reputable, they would have made sure I knew of the cost AND would have recommended we NOT proceed with the work as it would make more sense to replace the year old toilet altogether than to put this much money in to it [redacted]

Our technician did go out and attempt to clear his line Our technician was working on the line for hrs but could not clear it We suggested jet, however they did not want to do that Our technician charged a service fee for his time on the job At this point we are not offering a refund

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was not told anything about the diagnostic charge when making the appointment and the ad does not say the free estimate is not applicable to certain issues You don't even know if it could be a plumming problem, like a broken toilet seal, which is a minute job at most The add is misleading and I will not do business with this company again Sincerely, [redacted]

In response to this complaint Our technician was dispatched to clear the main drain Upon arriving he attempted to clear the line with a single basket but was unable to clear it Knowing the line around the 100ft mark he attached a second basket and was abl;e to clear the line Our price for a main line is $and a second basket if needed is discounted down to $ I did talk with her and explained that the clog was further then our cable could reach and that is why the extra charge I will have the bill broken down and sent out to her

One of the worst businesses I have ever dealt withI was quoted $to have a tech come out and replace two ringsAfter the job was done, I was sent a $bill with no explanation of chargesTech was at the house for hours and the part cost $Where is the extra $coming from?? Tried to call them and was greeted with a very rude customer service lady who told me to ask someone else and gave me no explaination of these obscene chargesOther plumbers said this job should have costed no more than $Horrible business

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have opened numerous bank accounts in the past and never before have I been charged a hard inquiry for doing soThe language in your response to me providing my e-signature does not completely explain what is going to be doneWhenever a hard inquiry is performed on my credit file, it tell me SPECIFICALLY what is going to be done (inquiry)Yours just states "credit records"That is not clear at all and actually the opposite of what most lenders declare when one applies for a loan, credit card, etcI suggest you change the language so in the future, so consumers will know exactly that a hard inquiry will be completed.I have already spoken to [redacted] and all I would need from you is a letter stating that the inquiry was completed in error and they will remove it from my fileRegardless of you stating that I agreed to the inquiry or not, the language in my opinion states other wiseI would not have agreed to the inquiry if it was better explained to me, rather than in a vague fashion as it wasSo in my opinion, I did not agree to a hard inquiry, or else I wouldn't be at this point filing a complaint for the first time in my life with the Revdex.comAgain, I am asking you to mail me, or email me a simple letter, or provide it to [redacted] yourself explaining that the hard inquiry completed on my credit file was done in error and that it should be removedIf you do that I will not proceed any furtherIt is a simple and reasonable request Regards, [redacted]

Prior to work being done a price is given and paperwork signed giving us authoriozation to perform the work Our Tech first tried to auger the toilet but was unable to remove the object At this point he informed the customer the toilet had to be pulled and gave a price Now I know the price was given because the customer called the office and complained about the cost of the job I then talked with the customer and explained the cost of the job and she agreed with the job

Dear Member, Thank you for allowing us to address your concerns regarding Courtesy Pay fees charged to your business checking account I understand from your complaint that you had attempted to make deposits through our edeposit service but because they were rejected, you didn’t have funds available to cover the items that incurred a feeAfter researching your account, we did not see any edeposit attempts or rejections to the business account that was assessed feesWe show that between 7/13/to 7/20/17, you had checks and ACH Withdrawals presented to your account but did not have funds available to pay Because you previously elected to opt in to RBFCU’s Courtesy Pay service, the above transactions were paid using Courtesy Pay Unfortunately, we do not refund fees assessed on the account if the fees are legitimately charged because funds were not available I do show on 7/15, you attempted to deposit a check into your personal checking account, but this was rejected because the check was made payable to a business name and cannot be deposited to personal accounts Please let me know if we can be of further assistance Thank you

Randolph brooks keeps reporting wrong information on my credit reportOn today date 01/21/I received an alert from my credit report stating that Randolph Brooks reported that I opened a new acct with them for a truck I purchased back in July They reported has a new acct for me which hurts my creditI already have a pending complaint because they reported wrong information the being of this month, which they have not removed yet complaint # [redacted] I am not to sure as to what's going on with them reporting all this negative and wrong information on my credit reportPlease remove ASAPJust need Randolph Brooks to stop reporting wrong and negative information on my credit reporttoday they reported on my credit report that I opened a new acct with them for a truck I purchased back in JulyAll this incorrect report has affect my credit score please removeI already have a pending issue with Randolph Brooks complaint # [redacted] , which they have not remove yet

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was never told that my request wasn't approved I was inform to call back about the approval and so I did and that's when I spoke to a specific employee and I asked about the extension and she informed me that she had seen the extension noted down and I would be fine ..I repeatedly ask her are you sure because I don't want my car to get sold, and she said yesSecondly why wouldnt band get approved ? if I needed to pay more than I Andhave been informed of that and I would have either been able to do it, or I would have made arrangements to get the money before the deadlineI was never informed that my extension was declined until after the car was already sold even though I made multiple phone calls before handI was always told I was ok on my extension and I truly believed I had extra time.I understand it was a repo but I did not want to lose my carI had money coming in to me and unfortunately it was coming in a little after the deadline and I was trying to do everything in my power to get my car backIt took me a long time to get in with RBFCU and I never wanted to mess things up with my accountI unfortunately was injured and unable to work for quite a while and that's when things started to go bad for me, but I was getting things back together right around the time the car was taken from me and I was going to be able to take care of the problems I hadEven though the car was repossessed I still wanted to get it back because I know having that on my record will make it really hard for me to get another car and I never wanted to lose my carUnfortunately there was a lack of communication somewhere and the employees I spoke with told me repeatedly I was OK on my extension and now because of it this has caused me a huge amount of extra troubles to deal withI feel that because of the employees miss informing me, I was lead to believe something that was not true and it is not completely my fault but I'm the only one who has to suffer the consequences even though I tried to make everything right as soon as I was able to an land Regards, [redacted]
