Review: Roto Rooter came to my house on 17 March. They told me that I needed to replace the Sewer Main. There were roots growing trough my pipe. I was told a 10 year guarantee and cement work. When they came out on the 18th spoke to the person in-charge and he said that cement was not covered. That issue was fixed it was on my contract. He told me he would file for the permit and the inspector comes out Tuesdays and Thursdays. The work was done on Tuesday March 18th. I called Roto Rooter on March 25th and they told me they never received a call from the county. I called the county and they told me they never received a check from Roto Rooter for the permit. I had to coordinate this and get this moving. The inspector came out April 1st. I still have not heard anything from Roto Rooter. I called them and asked them to call me back. 2 days have passed and I did not receive a call. I called Roto Rooter on April 3rd and complained that I have not received a call back. I finally got a call back from a women from Roto Rooter who told me that I was scheduled for backfill on Saturday April 5th. I called Saturday morning and spoke to a women who said I was not scheduled for today. I was angry and asked to speak to a manager. She then told me I was put on the schedule for service between 9:45 and 11:45. At 12:00 Roto Rooter never came. I received an e-mail saying they would be there. I called and spoke to a women who said I was not on the schedule. I asked to speak to a manager. She said she would have a manager call me back or she would. I called back 1 1/2 hours later because I never received a call. Again I was told a manager would call me back. it is now 2 o'clock on Saturday April 5th, 2014 and still no call back. I was forced to park in the street because of this and my mirror was knocked off my car. This has caused a lot of hardship and nothing is getting done to repair my driveway and yard. I also want my bricks put back the way they were before they removed my walk.Desired Settlement: Driveway and cemment work done ASAP.

Walkway to the back filled and bricks replaced the way they were before they ripped them up.

Cost of replacing my mirror because I was forced to park on the street for over 2 weeks.

Somebody explain to me why I had to coordinate everything.

Somebody explain to me why they never followed up with the county on the inspection.

Somebody explain to me why I was told the work would be done Saturday April 5th and nobody shows up.

Why I had to call their so many times and no manager called me back.
