We did advise him he needed to repair the pipe but we did not advise him to dig. We have done everything we could... possibly do for this consumer and there is nothing further we can do for him.

I called them for one sole purpose only. To find where my pipe is broken and locate it so the diggers could dig. I already knew the pipe was broken , all i
I have a video of how far they got down the pipe before they couldnt make a turn at 20 feet and the paperwork I gave the diggers showing where to dig. The second company had no problem doing either, they made it out the full distance and marked the correct location. That cost me 165 dollars.
Neither service roto rooter provided was of any use and I wasted 200 dollars since they marked the wrong area.

Review: I paid 200 dollars for roto rooter to come out and locate the break in my sewer pipe. The break is somewhere in my front yard. [redacted] came out and ran a camera/ locator down the pipe. They went outside and marked the two spots. Gave me paperwork and left. I hired a digging crew to dig up the pipe. They dug and NO PIPE. I had an entire crew at my home and no work could be done. We got a local plumber to come out and locate the pipe. It was no where near where roto rooter said it was. It was on the other side of the front of the house. When I called roto rooter they did nothing for me . I would like a refund of the 200 dollars.Desired Settlement: 200 dollars for the camera and the cost of the crew to dig up the right side of my lawn when the pipe really was on the left side. I wont charge you for the second emergency camera crew that came on an hours notice from the country plumber inc.
