This job was set up by this tenants landlord for a specific date and time. Our tech showed up and the tenant was not home, or answering any of the several calls that we attempted. The job was then completed the next day. Thank you.

We did respond to a service call at 625 5th avenue in Stevens Point. The call was performed by the owner who has over 36 years experience at Roto-Rooter with a new service technician to assist. A sewer machine with 4" blades was used to clean both lines in the basement which had clear ground...

water on floor. Each line was cleaned over 100ft to the city sewer line. Each line was cleaned twice and 1 gallon of grease cutter was used for both lines while using the sewer machine. The technician noticed the main sewer line was not draining effectively due to an excessive build-up of solid sludge. The customer was advised we would have to return with our Hydro-Jetter truck. The jetter would be the only way to effectively remove the solid sludge from the lines. The technician was able to effectively remove all sludge from the lines using the 4000p.s.i. hydro-jetter which pumps 18 gallons of water through a high pressure nozzle per minute. Hot water. The remaining water on the basement floor drained out great. Line was completely open when they left. The clear ground water is a common problem in spring and common knowledge to the technician. Had he been asked why water was in basement, he could have answered. Our tech did not do anything with the water heater. We clean drains. Period. I am disputing the allegation she was told to keep putting [redacted] down the slow moving drain. It was open. If the drain "stopped working completely", she should have called us and we would have returned to fix the problem. We guarantee our work. We were not called. I am disputing the allegation she hasn't had hot water or a proper use of her toilet for 2 years. 2 years?? She had to bathe at a friends house??And she has a child living with her?? For 2 years?? I find this very hard to believe. I do however, believe and call to social services may be in order. I have called CAP Services to see if they can verify the alleged service call they made to this residence. Again, Roto-Rooter did not unplug the water heater. I believe the reason this complaint was filed is due to the billing issue. This bill was never paid by the customer. She told the Tech she did not get paid until May 2, 2014. We allowed her to charge after we took her credit card number - [redacted]. confirmed security code and expiration date. However, when we ran the card for the $620.00 payment, the credit card was declined. We sent numerous statements, no payment was received. She was given notice she is going to be sent to collections. This is when the complaint was filed. Due to her heinous allegations and unexcusable lack of payment, I am now going to persue legal action in Civil Court. This entire complaint is ridiculous.

Review: My landlord contacted this company in late June about my bathtub not draining. It is not August 5th, they have been to my house multiple times and have not fixed the problem. They do not show up when they say they will, they send people who aren't certified plumbers out and they don't fix anything. Meanwhile my bathtub continues to fill up with water any time we run water in our sink, the bathroom reeks, and we can't take a decent shower in our home. I have to call multiple times to get an answer about when or if they are coming, my boyfriend has missed work for several days to sit at home and wait for them only for them to not show up or to be in for 5 minutes and say they'll need to come back later. Completely unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I want my bathrub to drain! That is all.
