Roto-Rooter Sewer Service

I had called about two weeks ago with a problem with a drain line for our barn It had filled up with sand and calling around the area the said the Roto Rooter is the only one's that have the equipment that can do it I called them and explained in detail what the problem and what needs to be done They said they could do it but would have to wait two weeks because how busy they are I waited the two weeks and the morning that they were to come they said that they have another job and would have to wait a couple hours When they called he asked again what needs to be done and I explained to him and he said no we can't do it We don't have the equipment I said I waited two weeks and told you what the problem is and he made it feel he didn't care and wanted to push me off to someone else When I asked to speak to the boss he said he was the boss but on your page that isn't the person I was talking to He didn't even seem to care that I took off the day to make sure I was here so they can get it done and to have me loose a day of pay This is not how a business should be run Very poor customer relations Will never do business with them again
