I have lived in a Luxury Townhouse subdivision for 5 + years and the experience has been wonderful. Anytime there has a problem (very few) they have been right there to fix it, including a broken heater in the dead of winter. The maintenance crew is excellent and the houses are very nice. the management is very friendly, professional and on top of everything. I would highly recommend any of their rental locations as a very good place to live.

is a Dielectric union in the line and he had PVC running to the house.  He was informed at that time that he was on straight time at time and a half, and he agreed.  We have been doing this for 60 years so we are not new to pipe thawing.  Definition:Dielectric unions are use to join pipes made from dissimilar metals to avoid electrolysis which leads to corrosion and pipe failure. This union is made from galvanized steel and lead-free brass. Plumbing codes in all states require the use of dielectric unions when connecting dissimilar metals.On finding this out we tried for 3 and 1\2 hours to use a bullet heater.  The weather that night was well below zero and was not heating the pipes fast enough to overcome the freezing cold.  When we asked him if he wanted us to stay or come back the following day (not on overtime.) and he said yes.  When we called back to do the work he said no, so we billed him for the time we spent.  We would have been happy to go back and not charge him.He did not respond to any billing or statements by July so we sent him to collection.  Then he responded and since he was not happy with our service we let him know (in August) that we had called the collection company and ask them not to proceed with collection and that he no longer owed us any money.  If he had responded to us this would not have happened.Settlement:  Was done last August.

In regards to the complaint for job at [redacted]. Roto-Rooter was called by [redacted] to repair a kitchen sink line under unit [redacted]. Our technician met [redacted] on site and he showed us the work to be done. Our technician,...

[redacted], says he told [redacted] the job would take 4 to 4 ½ hours. We completed the work and then billed for 4 ¼ hours plus $93.00 in parts. Roto-Rooter sent bill to [redacted] who called in the job. Then we found out in the attached complaint sent from [redacted] with [redacted] billing information crossed out and to send it to her billing information. Your complaint to us was our 1st knowledge of [redacted] getting the bill. The bill was paid on July, 22 2016 which led to more confusion. So, her complaint of only paying $600.00, we don’t know who or when this was said. Or maybe it was communicated by [redacted]. Second, in regards to a senior discount. The bill was never sent to a person, so there would not be a senior discount because the site is not a home residence. Roto-Rooter doesn’t feel that we should be at a lower price for this complaint.
