This was the worse and most unprofessional visit that I have had at this hospital! I went there to have a doctor look at my daughters eye she has had a cyst like growth on her eye for about monthsI advised them that it had been causing her pain and that I was advised to bring her in if after another month if the growth did not go awayThe nurse practitioner Heidi B*** that came in had no remorse for my daughter and her state she touched her eye and stated that it was a stye and that I would need to take my daughter to an eye specialist because she would have to have it drainedI told her that this procedure had been done at this hospital on a family member recentlyShe then began to tell me that she herself has never done the procedure before but would try! Are you serious? I then told her that she would not! She left the room and went to speak to another doctor who denied any help with my daughters issue! Terrible! this so called doctor/nurse needs to be FIRED!!!!
