in regards to the above mentuioned complaint filed by [redacted]. we inadvertantly ran the customer's credit after discussing the possibility of her trading in her current vehicle over the phone. we assumed based on the questions she posed over the phone that she wanted us to check out her...
credit to see if this was possible. after finding out that she was upset that her credit was run.
