I am rejecting this response because: According to the letter I received it said Congrats you have girls to the partyAnd also according to the list of girls there are names or less on the list. They did call me and I confirmed for girls, unless they stated I stated otherwise they are in the wrong. I don't understand, all this fuss for dollars they can afford to pay backThank you

This letter is in regards to a complaint that was received from *** * *** on March 16, Below is the logistics of the incident:
• On February 8, *** *** visited R2C Kidz Spa and upon her visit she booked a spa party for her
daughter for March 8th at 3:30pm.• At the time of booking, I Brianna P*** the Assistant Manger kindly explained to *** *** the process and policy of booking a spa partyI stated that her party deposit was nonrefundable and non-transferable but would be deducted from her ending total of her partyI also stated that we will contact her days prior to her party to confirm her number of girls for her party and that she would be charged according to the final number that was confirmed and that I will be sending her a confirmation letter confirming her party and outlining all the information that we previous discuss (such as spa party policy)• Inside of our store we have a spa party policy as well as a return policy posted at the front desk where *** *** scheduled all parties and appointments and it is also posted on our website under policy• On February 8th a party confirmation letter was emailed to the following address (***(*)***.com) at *** *** attention (see attachment)
• On March 5th, I called *** *** to confirm her number attendees and at that time her she confirmed girls which her party has minimum at girlsSo she stated she was having additional attendees• On March 6th, I called *** *** to confirm if she was having cupcakes or pizza for her party and then she stated that she was only going to have girls instead of girlsTherefore, her final count was girls altogether, which meant she would have to pay $for each additional child after her 8th girl• On March 8th, *** ***'s party, she approached the front desk to pay the remaining balance of her party and I asked her how was everything and she stated everything was greatI then proceeded to break down all the charges for her prior to her paying the balanceWhen she asked what the additional $charge was for, it was explained to her that she confirmed the amount of Girls instead of and then went over the spa policy with her once again.• On March 15th *** *** returned to the store asking to see the confirmation letter that states where she would be charged if a guest does not show upAfter looking over the confirmation letter she proceeded to ask if there was any way to receive the $backThe front desk representative then explained that our spa policies cannot be changed and that the $could not be refunded due to the staff as well as décor and additional items that had to be purchased to accommodate the additional girlAlong with this letter I have attached a copy of the party confirmation letter, the email that was sent, the signed harmless clause form, signed receipts, as well as a copy of our spa policyPlease let me know if there is any further documentation that will be needed on behalf of Rotten the Core Kidz SpaYou may contact me at ###-###-#### or by email r2ckidzspal@***.comSincerely,
