the automotive industry uses [redacted] an all data as a auto repair estimate guide line to estimate jobs. last answer to the Revdex.com we supplies our [redacted] web site info an several other businesses . if I remember correctly we were the next to lowest on that job for this area an we didn't charge customer for extra work an still came in lower .
when [redacted] came in we were happy to take care of her being she said she had been to other shops that ripped her off. we figured we had a customer for life now because we are very fair to our customers.
but know I see [redacted] has too much time on her hands an I would really like to know the job of the Revdex.com don't the weed out complaints that are not really consumer has been done wrong by shop complaints . This is not about quality of work / this is not about fraud / this is not about bait an switch , its about a consumer trying to use the weight of a Revdex.com complaint to gain a pay check or refunded not due.
we did the work we gave exact estimate an then when we had to top off some fluid she expects us to pay for it well not going to happen [redacted] was given a very fair price and quality job ...notce no complaints there but she has other issues .
ADVISE . get some help in your life it will be worth it in the end you will be at peace an thank someone for good fair priced job. now to the Revdex.com we choose to not be a member because of few years ago there was favoritism that made news not in your favor, an at that time decided to opt out of not being a member. thank you [redacted] GOOD BRAKES AUTO

This is not a statement of resolution as provided by the business; it is, in the business' mind, why items were charged and a "justification" to charge more. I am convinced that the bill was inflated because I did not outright accept all the charges and also that I didn't tell him he was a great guy.
I do not give glowing reviews to businesses just to get a discount or free whatever. I also do not write blank checks to businesses. A price was agreed on and nothing further was authorized. A rehash of the original complaint and subsequent resolution will not be posted here, but to respond to the "taxes"--Paying in cash resulted in a $22.85 credit card fee, which was not taken off.
Resolution will continue to be sought.
Recommended work that was not needed.
