I have been using this company for ten years They are professional and they do a great job

I'm very happy with Rottler they have gotten rid of my pests and they have very good serviceI really appreciate there service tech Ben, he is very friendly and will work with your schedule to do the job at a time that is convenient

We have made contact with our customer regarding her concerns and to address the problem she reportedShe is an established customer and has our signature service which includes flying insects under a treatment warranty We have performed an additional inspection and treatment to correct any issues and have increased our service frequency (no additional charges) to ensure the problem has been completely resolved and to monitor for future activityWe have been in contact with our customer today and she reports that she has not seen as much as one fly since our last serviceWhen asked if she was 100% satisfied, her reply was yes I’m 100% satisfied

mostly for the following reasonsSafety of our drivers and the general publicWe have to travel many miles, some at peak traffic times and high traffic areasAlso, the time necessary at each stop can differ greatly depending on our customers’ needs and wants. This allows for an expected arrival time and time for a thorough inspection to provide all the information needed to make an informed decisionProviding a reasonable window of time prevents our customers from having to wait all of, or a large part of a day for serviceWe are always striving to look for new and better ways to provide services that benefits our customers while providing a safe, and thorough inspection and service. mice issueWe have cancelled the agreement and the account as he requested with no further obligation on his part

We have had Rottler since we moved to Lincoln County Mo back in 2012/We just got a new technician, Kevin ***He was very attentive and thorough! Also very knowledgeable! I love our Rottler service!

As a result of my letter to you, a Rottler representative phones and discussed my complaint with them, then made an appointment for a personal interviewAs a consequence they refunded the full amount of the initial contract feePlease
note in my letter to the Revdex.com, I had not asked Rottler for any reimbursementWhat had particularly incensed me was that they had sent a bill for services for which I had not contractedThen when I returned it with an explanation, and they sent a repeat bill
Although, Rottler has given me a full refund, I still do not endorse themThey did not provide nearly enough traps, especially for the initial fee, although the personal representative stated my area has a lot of moles, and secondly, they would have continued the "service" although the mole activity was lessening because of the change of seasons
