Response to complaint: Unfortunately this is a case where I simply disagree with the facts of the complaintShe complained that one pellet was too long and had some translucence in itBoth of these are perfectly and cause no harmShe asked for a replacement and not a refundI told
her that her food was perfectly fine and that I would not send a replacementShe then seemed to become enraged and started using foul language and I hung upShe then called back and used foul language and raged at our customer service rep, who hung upI do not ask my staff to handle calls that include the customer demonstrating abuse and using foul languageThis is an uncommon event, and I don’t know why she thought to act in this wayThe bottom line is that we cannot find resolution with anyone who screams foul language on the phone

The issue has, however, degenerated into a back and forth argument over who has hurt feelings and why. Such an argument is not useful to anyone, and so I wish to put it to an end. As I said before the food is perfectly normal and will cause no harm.  I stand by what I have written and have nothing to add. With my sincere appreciation, thank you for your efforts. Review: I called roudybush because I was concerned about three inch dark brown translucent pellets in my mini maintenance pellet bag for parakeets I then sent a photo and [redacted] the customer service representative help me but then suddenly she transferred me to a male this male said hello I said hello and he said can I help you and I said yeah who is this and he said this is the owner of roudybush and it is perfectly normal for pellets like this to be in the bag I said well I feel uncomfortable seeing these inconsistencies it would like a refund he said absolutely not and I said how do you even know that you're the owner of roudybush and then he said are you calling me a liar if you're calling me a liar then why are you even on the phone with me and from that point on he blew up yelled at me and was very immature and I've never had an experience like this in my entire life I was just concerned about my birds food and this is what I get in return from the owner of a prestigious bird food brand I'm very dissatisfied disappointed and I want people to know how he treats people expecially customer this was the first bag of roudybush I've ever bought for my birds and this will probably be the last.Desired Settlement: I would very much appreciate a refund for mr. [redacted] of roudybush Incorporated and I also will be leaving a customer review letting people know how he treats his consumers.
