We purchased a used rv from this business in June of 2020. There were water leaks in the hot water heater water pump kitchen sink drains and faucet also where you empty the grey tank the line was cracked and had to be replaced.There was no sewer pipe included to empty tanks bent fan above stove didn't work the racks in fridge were rusty and were unable to be cleaned had to buy new flipped the mattress over to find large urine stain had to purchase new mattress and the black tank smells like there is something cease in it
I am very sorry that you do not love your RV, our goal is a happy camper every time. Some of these complaints are simply not true. When the decision was made by you to move forward with the sale of this camper we had it inspected and found that the hot water tank and sink drain were broken from poor winterization and needed to be replaced. This replacement was disclosed to you and paid for and installed by Roughin' It free of charge. This replacement did delay your pickup of the camper as we waited on parts but was completed before your pickup of the camper. When you picked up the camper a full demonstration of all of the appliances including water system was given before you signed your paperwork and took it home.
We never promise a sewer hose with a used camper sale, I am unsure of why this was an expectation with your sale. I will make sure that that is clear in my sales moving forward. The sewer pipes are always disposed of with the used campers because we feel it is unsanitary. They are about $20.00 at any walmart and that is something that the customer is responsible for sourcing.
The fridge racks and general cleanliness of the camper was in the same condition as when you and your husband visited our lot initially, used campers are offered at used prices because of things like slight rust on the fridge.

I do not expect anything from this business however when they say they replaced hot water heater and sink drains that may be true but they both still leaked which they are very aware of and were sent pictures of so their answer means nothing we simply want the public to be very careful because the rvs they sell are not what they represent

this business tells lies and does not disclose what is wrong with their rv's we bought one and could not even use it for the Memorial day weekend the waterpump would not work power issues where nothing worked. They said they winterized it but found human waste in the waste tanks and water in the drainage tanks I took videos of draining the disgusting tanks. I did buy a bathroom faucet and replace a broken one. They supposably walked us through the camper and they lied about that. I know i'm stuck with this which I have to repair but I will tell everyone not to do business with them

Once it warmed up we smelled a musty smell and realized a large portion of the front of the camper has severe water damage, mold, and rot all the way through the floor. This was not disclosed to us upon purchase. We inspected it but because of the cold we couldn’t smell anything, and the walls were not soft at that point. I contacted the owner who told me all campers have leaks from time to time, and to buy some caulking. We thought we would do the repairs ourselves but once we started to look further we found black mold and rot, way more involved than we initially thought.
I am sincerely sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase. We do a full check in of each used camper that comes on our lot before the sale and we also demonstrate the entire check in for the customer before the purchase to make sure they are happy with the condition. The unfortunate part of owning a camper is that sometimes things do go wrong, just like in a home, boat, or any other piece of machinery or luxury toy. During my ownership of the camper I did not have any reason to believe it had a past or present leak as I never experienced any softness or incoming water. I completely understand the frustration that you are experiencing and I am more than willing to offer any type of advice or recommendations that may help. Unfortunately I am unable to dissolve a loan, the loan is through an outside lender whom I do not have control over.
