I believe thereis a law in all states that requires you to have a breeder’s license, whichobviously [redacted] does not have after selling more than litters per year? [redacted] also claims in email that she will sue me for slander and liable forposting that “ [redacted] sells sick dogs” on her Facebook page [redacted] calls herFacebook page her business page! Please keep in mind I wasonly able to load of receipts associated with this complaint as the websiteonly allowed me to submit one attachmentI chose the Animal Hospitalsdiagnosis and treatment at a temp above This is after treating [redacted] withchildren’s Aspirin and our Vet advising us not to do so and to let the ***’s hightemperature initially of burn off the viral infectionPer our Vet if [redacted] reaches or higher bring her in or to the Animal Hospital immediately! [redacted] was mailed copies of all these receipts and was again shown the receiptsafter she ignored all our previous contact from usThis was prior to usdisputing the $via Paypal I blocked [redacted] last nightbecause she went off the deep end and only started emailing us after Paypalrefunded our $for [redacted] on August I can provide PayPal’sdecision showing the complaint was found in our favor from Paypal as well [redacted] also claims in email last nightthat she contacted Paypal and after crying poverty and stating the money wasfor transportation cost not the cost of [redacted] that they refunded her $asa one-time courtesyShipping costs were not $as [redacted] claims.Flight was $Crate $and the Health Certificate is $if [redacted] evenhas a VetTo date we have not received a single medical record or receipt from [redacted] or her VetOf the calls placed to her Vet in regards to ***’shealthWe never received one call back! This is where our problems begin andwhy the initial cost for hospitalization by the Animal Hospital was between $3000.00and $A generic Health Record book you can buy at any Pet store withvaccine stickers and [redacted] ’s hand writing on it is by no means proof [redacted] eversaw a Vet or was administered a single shotOr even Safe-Guard as [redacted] claims(Note: We cannot even verify this health record is ***’sThe HealthRecord given was not labeled [redacted] and [redacted] had more than identical female puppywith brown eyes blue merle listed for sale) We should have hospitalized [redacted] atany price because we had no idea what ***’s issue was other than plusfever, not eating, vomiting, not playing, not chewing and puss coming out ofher eyesTwo Licensed Vets stated to hospitalize [redacted] and we should have! I willnot even get into [redacted] 's emails regarding treating [redacted] with Safe Guard a de-wormerthat has a prescribed usage for Horses and Cattle that she cheeped out and usedon [redacted] to treat the known Worms and GiardiaAlso I have this in an email from [redacted] numerous timesAlong with sending [redacted] with a day old State HealthCertificate (Note: Mississippi Law States the Dog must be free from allcontagious diseases and recent exposure thereto), [redacted] clearly admitted inemail numerous times that her well water has Giardia in it since hurricanesSandy, everyone’s water in MS has Giardia, that she knew about it and thatGiardia causes no ill effects [redacted] should be prosecuted by the state alonefor knowingly shipping a sick dogLets also point out the disease can bepassed to humans and that the dog symptoms are diarrhea, vomiting, weight loss,poor health condition, and death [redacted] has multiple dogs on a farm and doesnot believe in a quality dog food (Black Gold first ingredients are BeefMeal, Corn Meal, Ground Wheat, Corn Gluten Meal, Chicken Fat (Preserved WithMixed Tocopherols and Citric Acid), herdrinking water is contaminated with Giardia and who knows what else, believesthat only sick dogs need to be seen by a Vet and has no preventative Vet careregiment for her dogs and would honestly have no clue if any of her dogs weresick as confinement and monitoring would be required besides actually takingthe dog to a Vet and having a certified laboratory stool sample performed atthe least [redacted] has done none of the above and provided no such documentationstating suchThe transportation [redacted] provided was a flight for Thursday and that was a direct flight but claimed shemissed that flight and over slept on June So [redacted] cheeped out again andbooked another flight the next day with a lay over for 3:minutes in Atlanta.The plane left Memphis at10:and arrived in Newark at 18:We were told at the gate it could take 90minutes to get ***, we saw [redacted] in minutesThat puts us at 9:Pm with anhour commute home This does notinclude the time [redacted] had needed to get [redacted] to the Airport, which addsanother hoursTotal transit time 17:minutes! My kids were NOT taken tothe Airport in case the flight was delayed or the dog did not arrive(Note: Ihave been at the airport waiting with people to see there dogs not arrive or atotally different dog arriveThe dog not arriving has also happened to me onceas wellWhat a horrible scam that breeders play on unsuspecting dog buyers.) The said Facebook picture of my two oldest daughters (note Ihave kids) greeting [redacted] is valid but not at the time [redacted] states and toclarify it further why shouldn’t my kids be greeting the new family member? Wedo not dislike [redacted] in anyway nor did we know the [redacted] was sickI personallynursed [redacted] back to health because no one else was going to take her temprectally and force the medicine down ***’s throat because she would not eatanything and if she did she would throw it upWhat we should be noting here iswhy we do not sue [redacted] for jeopardizing my kid’s health to make a quickdollar with no regards for anything or anyone[redacted] never called tocheck on the [redacted] the next day, we called [redacted] to find out about the lack ofmedical records and to find out what the small supply of dog food sent with [redacted] was [redacted] never advised usgive [redacted] a ¼ baby aspirin that I learned as a Vet Tech years ago! [redacted] ’sonly response was it was stress and to give it a couple of daysThat this happensoften to her puppies when she ships them.Neither our Vet nor didthe Animal Hospital perform one test on [redacted] all they did was take ***’stemperature rectally and take notice to the ***’s discolored gums, puss in the***’s eyes and lack of attentiveness, etcFrom my personal opinion if ***was stressing from a new environment and the terrible flight arrangements shewas going to stress more having these tests performed along with being in acage with the smell of fear or death in the air Furthermore, not to put a price on the ***’s health but$to $for a dog we just got at $and knowing we wouldnever see a dime of that from the breeder is a concern for anyone To have to make the decision knowingthat [redacted] could die or infect our family with who knows what is absolutely tearjerking for my wife and me and was not easy to do! Luckily my decision paidoff and after an IV for fluids, a topical cream for the conjunctivitis and a 10day prescription for Zithromax for the viral infection [redacted] slowly recovered.Our follow up visit with our Vet after the days and sending ***’s stool toa state certified lab revealed OVA and PARASITE Giardia (ELISA) and Hookworm.Once again [redacted] received a copy of this document twice and still wishes todisprove it with what? Her medical expertise? [redacted] was shipped on Juneand has a birthday according to the provided blank health record of 3/which makes [redacted] weeks old! Not the claimed weeksold [redacted] states!If you would like to checkthe only (scam) so [redacted] claims and would not know anything about was adispute we had from a Pomeranian Breeder in Fla back in But while on thetopic if [redacted] knew that I supposedly scammed other breeders in the past whysell a puppy to me? I can think of only one reason [redacted] would do so money!Snowy I still have the Urn and a picture of her died weeks after flying herin myself from the breeder in FlaThe $Ice White 2lb AKC Pomeranian atweeks old died from a blood clot in her brain that was the result of thebreeder feeding it (and tried to sell us numerous times) a coat stimulator.That breeder lost the case in court do to the health guarantee provided by thebreeder and was also kicked out of AKC for forging litter registrationsWehave never purchased an animal from Kansas or Missouri ever! Once again [redacted] is fabricatingstories to elude the fact that she has ignored all requests for documentationto support anything she states or rebutsWe also find it funny thatall the pictures sent of [redacted] show her hiding? That [redacted] describes [redacted] astimid? No puppy is really ever timid and the long timid time period and lack ofjubilance is just a clear sign of illness that existed prior to us purchasingher!Lastly [redacted] ’s only offerto make any of this right and was offered days ago [redacted] told us was to ship [redacted] back to her at our cost? page looking for agility aussie saying they have propertyShe wanted a pup that was sold and finally decided upon *** whom I told her was the runt and timid naturedAlso that these were working dogs and needed room to run and activityI do not have a business just supplement my husbands pensionI call my dogs Round Em Up Aussies and they are all named as suchThey are at breeders across the nation, people have drove as far as from Nebraska to get one of my dogsI have two stud pups at DoubleC Farms in Alberta, Canada and two females at a breeder in Alaska they are amazing and desired by many who have seen oneThe pup was $and transport was $They payed the initial $with a money order and when I got a valid State certified health certificate I arranged for transportThey received the pup on July after and posted her picture with children all around her on my facebook page at 9:saying how they loved herI call the next morning to check on her as the trip was over hours and she had not been anywhere but rural Northeast MS, never experienced diesel trucks, trains, sirens etcHe stated that she was great had eaten and her stool was firm and everything was a-okLater that evening I received a call that she was running a temp, knowing what stress can do I told them to give her a baby aspirinThe next morning when I called her fever was down but later that evening they rushed her to the emergency vetThis was Sunday, Could find nothing wrong they did several test for parvo, parainfluenza, kennel cough to no avail. Villanocalled me saying to admit her was to did I want to admit herI said whats wrong well they cant find anything but she has a tempA little less than degrees above normI said why would you admit her with no diagnosisHe said he would take her to another vet MondayMonday arrived Nothing wrong a fecal exam and a few worm eggs and the giardia parasite, not the illness giardiasisThey requested another special test to find asymptomatic giardiaI got letter in the mail requesting all vet cost including the unneccesary emergency visit. They called and I told them that it is upon the new owner to take their pup to the vet and maintain a parasite protection scheduleThis was a wk puppy just weaned living on a farmI feel these people prey on the internet and use it in a fashion to scam individuals like myselfThey have slandered, harassed and ridiculed my person, my age and my vetThey have lied continuously as paypal did not give them any money back,deposited in my account,after I sent transport recipts and costs to themThey appear to be scammers thinking that buying dogs and claiming illness is a way to make a living as this is the third or fourth attemptIf you check you will find they pulled the same tactic on breeders in Kansas, Missouri and FloridaI gave them a break and wondered why they did not want it as my dogs run to of her typeNow I realize the plan was already in motion, and they did not want a $dog to run their scamBut that is what happened and I will attack any neccessay files you request, She was American Stock Dog RegistryNow after a month of enduring their constant harrassement, and slurs please help me

Well, again as you see more slander, misleading statements and untruths, as you see I said many southern states not mine or ever mentioned Mississippi or Hurricane Sandy,  he sent you the health record of the pup in my writing as she was mine and I cared for her and kept a record of her care. All shots on schedule and diligent dewormings more so than most breeders because I care so much about their health, what health records does he want. I sent her health certificate signed by a vet after exam, the cost of the office visit plus $20. The flight was $298 she flew delta air pet safe with climate control there are no flights for a 200 series crate with a 10 lb puppy for $191 through Delta. And a 200 series crate with the hampster bedding I fly my pups in to absorb moisture and the attachable feed trays $62. Sentry is a brand name that supplies pet products, bedding, collars, toys, flea and tick meds and dewormers I am very concerned about this situation upon reading that he had picked up so many dogs at the airport. I have never picked one up and have raised Aussies for 16 plus years without a complaint. This statement alone leads to more suspicion of an internet racket to bully and harass breeders knowing the USDA regs and how hard we strive to have no issues or be brought to their attention. He found me by accident and due to my age, andvregion of country chose me to cheat. Thinking I was an elderly widowed uneducated country hick he sought to steal a dog from me. Finding I was college educated and knew how to halt his PayPal attack with facts he then started with the Facebook slander and Revdex.com complaints. The basic facts are he received a perfectly healthy working Australian shepherd pup through deceit, he then proceeded to try and find something wrong with her at an emergency vet having to take her home he then took her to a regular vet who did a fecal and found four worm eggs according to the bill they sent me, they then requested a special test for Guardia which was found and lives in 90% of free running canines as mine do. I must add this was not the disease giardiasis but the parasite. No symptoms a requested test. Their harrassement and claims of a sick dog began immediately. I have never heard in my entire life as a breeder anyone requesting their money back for internal parasites cured with dewormer. I have since been informed it takes three to four test to diagnose Guardia as it is so easily a false negative or positive. And this at the giardiasis stage which she was not. Again please help to stop this mans free reign of internet fraud and deceit

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted]'s email regarding Giardia in her water: (You need to read the reviews people post about my dogs and in no way did my vet say anything bad about my practices. I am known for my healthy pups and Guardia is in our public drinking water in most southern states it is not a life threatening illness unless severe and she did not even have diahrea on the other hand nice solid stool you were searching for a sick pup she received a sentry tablet for  a 6 to 25 lb puppy the day before her vet exam and was worm free,  you received a puppy without any illnesses and of high breed quality and exceptional health she has a sister led than 70 miles away received 5 days earlier that they adore and they let her rest and acclimate to their environment for 3 days and they adore her and send me picks and praise her condition)Note: here it is a Sentry Tablet for fleas and Tick prevention which is in the health record later in email it is Safeguard that is not in the Health Booklet. And she calls me a liar??Flight cost I got from Airline, Health Certificate I got from J[redacted] In MS Health Department Crate was included ( You actually need to read [redacted]) now travel expenses? Here are the copies of the flight receiept  and the health certificate. This vet will also speak on my behalf and my breeding practices. His name is Dr. [redacted] at [redacted] he is aware of this situation and as amazed as I am. The way this man is ranting on and on I can assume you are now aware of what I have been going through. Using Hurricane Sandy to say we have Giardia in our water where did he come up with that but surfing the internet.I also have the Summary from paypal where they released the paypent he made through someone elses account a girl named [redacted] per [redacted] I am now wondering if this was not a hacked accout.
