[redacted] was referred to us by a prominent Austin Stylist that purchases hair from us on a regular basis [redacted] purchased bundles at $which was a discounted price because of the referralWe advise all customers before purchasing that there is no refund on hair purchasesWe also have a sign on the counter at the register advising No Exchange or Refunds on hair [redacted] decided to travel to a Stylist in Houston Texas to get the hair installed [redacted] called the store one month after the purchase to complain about the hairWe asked her to come to the store so we can further assist her with her concernsThe hair she purchased is virgin bundles, pure hair, It requires the same care as if it was your own hairWe advised [redacted] not to cut the wefts on the hair, when she came to the store she said the wefts were not cut but they obviously wereIt was clear that the hair was not being treated well, so we did offer suggestions on what products to use and they were given to her for "free." [redacted] decided to call the store weeks later demanding new bundles, and that we pay for her new installInitially we were going to make an exception and offer an exchange for new hair but not pay for a new install or her traveling expenses [redacted] was not satisfied with our response so we decided to give her a full refund for the hair once it was returned [redacted] sent her daughter in to the store with the hair and accepted a refund check in the amount of $

We have been selling the same hair for over years now with hundreds of very satisfied customers and no complaints, this is the exact same hair that Tanglea purchasedWe went above and beyond to satisfy ***, even going against our store policyWe have no further comments on this matter

I am rejecting this response because:
She is lying cutting wefts does not change the texture of the hair.....I had a large amount of products to put on the hair that did not help with the manageabilityI have virgin hair in now and it does not look anything like her hair didShe offered to exchange the hair then offered to give me a refundReal virgin hair does not require a lot of products to be applied in order to make it good hair I have some in now that I purchased from someone else it's been in for weeks and I have not had to put anything on it at all!!!! She is just selling hair she knows is not a good quality
