Round Rock Kia [redacted] Phone: ###-###-#### Fax: ###-###-#### Wednesday, March 25, [redacted] Dispute Resolution Specialist Mr [redacted] 's vehicle originally arrived at Round Rock Kia on February with underbody damageI have attached a copy of the insurance estimate for your reviewA KIA master technician then replaced all damaged componentsThis included the front bumper cover, radiator support, left front wheel, right front lower control arm, and the left front tireThese repairs were completed on February 23, at which time Mr [redacted] paid the $deductible for his insurance and took possession of the vehicleOn March 9, Mr [redacted] again contacted our dealership claiming that his tire had fallen offRoadside Assistance was contacted and due to our recent custody of the vehicle it was towed hereDue to lack of information a representative of Round Rock Kia agreed to put him in a rental vehicle in order to inspect the vehicleRound Rock Kia went above and beyond to ensure that this customer was not in any way inconveniencedAt this point Mr [redacted] had driven the car 1,miles since the previous repair was completedOnce again, an insurance adjuster came out and inspected Mr [redacted] 's vehicleI have also attached this estimate for your reviewWhile the bolt in question was missing the tire never detached from the control armIf this had happened there would have been extensive damage to not only the tire but also the rotors and A-frame of the vehicleWhen the vehicle arrived here the wheel was intact and the vehicle moved without intrusionAlso, there was extensive damage to the underbody of the vehicle on parts that we had previously replaced that could not have been a product of the scenario Mr [redacted] providedAs a courtesy we provided Mr [redacted] with a rental vehicle for the duration of the second repairThe customer was in a rental vehicle for days at no cost to himWorking directly with the customer's insurance company, the deductible for the second insurance claim was also waivedThere was no financial burden to the customer during the time period the vehicle was in our possessionOnce again, a KIA master technician completed the repairs on Mr [redacted] 's vehicleOn March 20, the customer once again took possession of his vehicle, there was no cost to him at the time of pick upAt no point during our communication with Mr [redacted] did Round Rock Kia agree to pay for the repairsHowever, the service department did go out of their way to ensure that the customer's experience went as smoothly as possibleDue to this and the other facts mentioned previously we feel that Mr [redacted] 's proposed settlement is unreasonable at this timeThank you, [redacted]

We, at Round Rock Kia, would like to apologize for any inconvenience this sales experience has causedAfter reviewing the compliant, I see that we were able to reverse the original signed contract as Mrs [redacted] requested and resign a renegotiated agreement without any additional mechanical coverages beyond the factory warrantyAdditionally, the SD card that our parts department had for the Kia Optima that Mrs [redacted] purchased was not compatible with the navigation systemWe ordered the correct SD version when we were made aware of the error on Monday, 10/It will take about seven business days for it to arriveOnce the correct SD card has arrived, we will contact Mrs [redacted] to have it installed to the navigation system If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate in contacting usSincerely, [redacted] Sales Manager Bus: 512-617-
