Dear sir or madam, I am writing in response to complaint ID#***I have spoken directly with the customer and this is what had transpired on the night of the incident: The customer called our establishment to place an order for a product called a
Maui Zaui, minus the ZauiThe customer stated in my phone call with him the next day that he just wanted a ham and pineapple with extra cheeseThere was an obvious miscommunicationThe customer then went to the restaurant as it was closing down for the night, on the night of the incident that the customer filed the complaint about, to demand we remake the order as "all the pizzas were wrong"The manager on duty then told the customer we would gladly remake the order or refund the amount of the order if the wrong product was returnedThe customer stated that he could not because the food was eatenAt that point our transactual obligations had been fulfilledCustomer orders, we make the order, customer eats it. I personally feel that this complaint is unfounded and rushedI spoke directly to the customer the very next day, explained why we could not issue a refund, and even offered a free pizza as a show of good faith, which the customer gladly acceptedI feel that this should not reflect badly on our establishment as we had, as I stated earlier, fulfilled our transactual obligationsI thought this issue was resolved.
