Round Table Pizza

I placed an order Friday 2/7 on-line. I received a VM letting me know that they were out of pan pizza and if I wanted to still order to call back. I call back and ask how are you out of dough and why is this not reflected on your website. The kid who answered tells me "We got nothing to do with the web site." I kid you not, he couldn't even string a basic sentence together and acted like I was bothering him.

The real issue is that I was charged for this food (almost 100.00 and still have not received a refund) Why would they ask me if I still wanted food if I was already changed.

This location has had several issues, they should provide a refund and interest on the money that was charged as nothing was delivered, they knew that I did not want another order and had placed an order from another restaurant.

They should be fined and forced to assure that the web site is accurate and that their phones work. Today is not the first day where all calls were going to a busy signal.
